The employee there took away the dead grass sods but the owner on the phone instructed casher that they don't do refund, which means you're out of luck as buyers if they sell you dead plants & grasses & flowers! I find it hard to believe that this local business can get away by ripping customers because trumbull/monroe is a very good community! There are an amazing amount of trees in every direction. A short walk up the main hill and we located our perfect tree. But its over $1,000 to move it and they don't move the mulch or the barriers and try to charge you more for it. The mulch especially they said they'll move it for $700 but you have to bag it all and the barriers you have to buy all new ones. Moving is stressful enough as it is so it was very upsetting to find out they don't help you with some of the hardest parts of moving. Also my swing set is chipping and they asked if it was stained and I said no and they said it should've been stained but then they stopping staining in 2020 so I'm not sure where we stand on that but for the price it shouldn't look the way it does having it only 5 years.
