I have gotten nowhere with their CS and will be reporting them to the North Carolina and New Jersey DOJ. They seen to be an outfit based in India but use a number of US-based websites/addresses to fool in customers. Buyer beware!!

I asked for a roundtrip ticket, paid for it, then when I went to use the roundtrip ticket, found out that it was only a one way & they pocketed the rest as a $150 "agency fee" to book my ticket. WHAT? They're not American Airlines, or any other airline. The "customer service" agent actually said "F*** Off" when I called to try to straighten it out. RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

However, I left feeling anything but confident after my meeting. First off, I must say that the staff are very nice. They are friendly and kind. They were never pushy or rude, which was nice. However, although this is great, I also came for a service. I had made an appointment, but it was apparent that they forgot about it when I arrived. They did not know who I was, nor did they recall where I was traveling to. They didn't even remember my name. Shortly after, they mistook me for someone else who was traveling somewhere else. Obviously, they were unprepared and had no information or materials ready for our meeting as a result. The only information about my destination I left with was that which I knew before I got there. The place is rather dated, so maybe they're behind on current methods. Who knows. The meeting, because of their lack of preparation, was largely speculation. They made some recommendations, some of which were questionable upon reviewing them and the experiences of other travelers. They also didn't meet the criteria I discussed that was important to me in accommodations. Went somewhere else and it is night and day different. 3 stars because they were truly kind.
