I've visited this official Snoopy themed shop (and the one in Haleiwa) during both of my latest Oahu trips. As an avid Peanuts/Snoopy fan, both times I was so excited to visit and made a point of fitting it into the itinerary. However, the main reason it doesn't get five stars is because of the particularly high price point for what it is. Most items are priced higher than other similarly themed, small shops in Honolulu. For instance, some stickers here are in the $5.50 range instead of $3-$4 range. Basic thin canvas tote bags are about $40. It starts to feel like they're really taking advantage of fans and tourists and push a higher limit simply because "they can." The selection is really cute though, and items do sell out. So your options really depend on when you happen to visit. My first time in October 2023, both locations were all out of crossbody tote bags. This time around (February 2026), they were available in both locations. Many of the other items were the same both times, but there were maybe a few new designs. Also, this time around there were none available plushie keychains, which I neglected to purchase the first time around as they're over $20 each. This is just outside the Waikiki beachfront area, so not really easily walkable from there. Parking is street parking. You might have to loop around a couple of times, but it shouldn't take too long. Service here isn't particularly noteworthy, but efficient, especially given lots of tourists who visit, especially popular with Japanese. read more

The kids wanted to hit one of the Snoopy shops so we make a detour on our way to Leonard's to drop in to peruse the shop. It is on a corner with just a few parking spots on the side of the store. I parked across the street in the bakery parking lot, picked up some pastries and then walked across the street to the Snoopy shop. It is a small shop, lots of tourists so it is a bit crowded so a little difficult to navigate around the store. There are lots of cute merchandise, a bit pricey but fun things to buy. If you are a Snoopy fan, drop in and look at the variety of things to buy. read more

The store itself was very cute and they had a good amount of products but the building is VERY SMALL. I think they are out growing their space and need a new building. The items were a bit pricey but considering their aesethic, ambiance and the fact that is their only location it honestly makes sense. Stickers were $7.00, shirts were $30, sweatshirts were $54. I think they should definitely change buildings as they are in a really unsafe area and parking is very difficult. The area is full of homelessness and crime but they seem to be tucked away in a little corner. Very cute though! read more

3.5 I was dying to come to this store due to my love for Snoopy, and I'm really glad I got to experience it. Firstly, it was a little difficult to get parking, but we managed. The shop is a little small, but their items are so so cute, I loved everything. The staff was kind as well and there's a fitting room to try on the clothing. Stopped by this shop on two occasions during my few days visiting family in Honolulu, the first time a little after 12pm on Fri., 8/30/2024 and the second about 10min after it opened on Sat., 8/31/2024. Both times were busy with at least ten of us packed in the small store. I saw mostly Japanese tourists during the first time there and mistakenly assumed this store primarily appealed to the Japanese clientele, but the second time I'd visited had Haole and local customers besides Japanese, which proved me wrong. Snoopy is universal, for sure. I did notice that an employee who spoke fluent Japanese was present during both times I had visited. I visited the store twice because there were too many customers blocking my view of the area of the store that had their tees during the first time that I had went and I just couldn't take a good look at the assortment on my limited time there. I took a couple photos of all of their tees and later looked at them on my phone to decide which one to look for during my second visit. Besides short sleeve tees, they mostly had tote bags. Other than those items, the remainder consisted of one style of slippers, minimal selection of long sleeve tops, and then some accessories such as keychains, stickers, magnets, pens, pancake mix and some stuffed Snoopy's. It's not going to be a wide assortment beyond that. I've been to the Snoopy store in Yokohama, Japan, a few months back and although I admit that comparing the two stores is like night and day in terms of size and selection, and not at all a fair comparison - however, primarily because I happened to go there first, I was ultimately underwhelmed at this store as it was significantly tiny, cramped and not too many items to choose from. Had I not gone to the Snoopy store in Japan, first, then I'm sure this Snoopy's Surf Shop in HI would have elicited more excitement. The only other Snoopy store besides this that I'd been to for stores located in the U.S. is the Snoopy's Galleria & Gift Shop in Santa Rosa, CA, next to the Charles M. Schulz Museum, back in 2016 (definitely worth checking out if you are a lover of Snoopy and Peanuts). It'd be awesome if the Campbell Ave location could move to a bigger location nearby in Honolulu, eventually, and carry more items - though I can understand that at the same time, maybe they just want to keep things small and limited. I haven't been to their Hale'iwa location on Kam Hwy, but from photos, the location there appears a bit more spacious than the Campbell Ave one. The employees during both times that I had stopped by were nice and helpful and answered the questions that I had. I purchased a couple of tees during my two times there. They were about $29-$35 each, so not on the cheap end, but I can see and feel that they are good quality, in terms of the cotton used. I originally purchased my first tee from their online store, earlier this year and wear it quite often and that one washes well. Their online selection of tees is completely different than what you can find in their retail stores and even more limited of a selection - they definitely have a much better selection at their retail stores. Although this store doesn't have a large assortment of items, I was still happy to go out of my way to check the place out and I'd 100% recommend it to any Snoopy and Peanuts fans out there during your time in HI. read more

"Snoopy's Surf Shop" is located on the corner of Campbell Ave and Martha St. The store is visible from Kapahulu Ave--but you might miss it if you didn't know what you were looking for. In addition to the Diamond Head store, Snoopy's has a store in Haleiwa, HI--and in Okinawa, JPN. Online shopping is available, too. The brand offers surf goods such as surfboards and wetsuits; there are miscellaneous goods such as T-shirts, room wear, coffee cups, key chains and stickers; and sweets, such as pancake mixes and chocolates made in Hawaii. Yes no drinks allowed in the store. So I finished my coffee and put it in my bag. The girl with the glasses saw the cups' straw sticking out of my bag, and told me no drinks allowed. I told her it's empty. She said "unfortunately no drinks allowed" I get it you don't want your goods get damaged, but it's EMPTY. And I have a whole bottle of water in my bag anyways. You can assess each situation and be flexible. How about "NO CUPS IN THE STORE" I feel like she just doesn't want people in the store. read more

It wasn't within walking distance of our hotel (could have been but I was done walking!) so there isn't much parking but we found some on the street. They have a good selection of snoopy items and not your typical stuff. We got a t shirt. Body mist (yum!) a few stickers and a keychain. I. LOVE. SNOOPY. Discovered this cute shop's North Shore location & when the store associate told me there's a Honolulu location near Diamond Head, I had to check it out. More inventory & better selection in this store compared to North Shore. From shirts, tote bags, keychains, and plentiful stickers, the nostalgia of Snoopy and the gang made me want to buy the whole store! Very pleasant shopping experience. Store associate was knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. (Only downside is their store hours 10am - 4pm, would be better if they opened for longer hours for customers to enjoy) A hidden gem in Honolulu. Cutest little snoopy theme store on Waikiki! I stopped by also because of j hope from the BTS (he showed there)! They have a lot of snippy surf limited edition items at the store; they are all fun and unique! And have a lot of cute painting and backdrops for selfies! The staff was nice and didn't care about we took a million pictures inside. I got some lip balms there; the package is so cute and smell so good! My daughter had been wanting to visit since we arrived on holiday. Extremely disappointing. The two girls working at the time ( 3/9/2025) were extremely rude and unwelcoming. We were not there but 1 minute before one of them barked at my youngest about a sticker that was already damaged and she just so happened to flip over. Had they been doing their job, they would have realized it had been damaged before we arrived. The remainder of our time was extremely unpleasant. The girls kept staring at us as if we were criminals making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Needless to say we didn't stay very long. Unfortunate for such a cute store. This is a surf shop that has an unusual Snoopy theme with touch of Hawaii. That is a pretty uncommon mix. I'm a Snoopy collector so I like everything Snoopy and this was a nice find that I stumbled upon after having lunch at Guava Smoked (another hidden gem) across the street. This was a cute little shop tucked away in a neighborhood outside of the Waikiki Beach area. We are big snoopy fans in our family so this was a must-do on our list. Shopkeeper was very friendly and the items were very cute, reasonably priced considering the uniqueness of the items and the location. You'll find lots of shirts in unisex, women's, and kids sizes. Lots of key chain trinkets and specialty items that would make great gifts - soaps, bags, hats and phone cases. read more

Admittedly I was oblivious to the popularity if this place until I was blocked in a parking stall and by chance stumbled in looking for the owner of the car while face timing my neice in Yokkaichi. As soon as she saw the sign she started asking me if I could send her something from this signature location. Walking in the employees are super friendly bouncing back and forth between English and Japanese. The prices are reasonable even for Kamaina standards. I was hoping to be the first review, it would have been nice, but in this case, I am uber happy with being second and giving a well deserved 5 stars. Saw this store on my way to Lenard's. You would miss it if you're the one driving. Bought a couple of pins. Everything is super cute here, obviously all Peanuts theme. The fitting room was so cute too. A little overpriced for items (honestly I think crafty people could make a lot these items themselves) since it looked like a lot of stuff looked like patches of peanuts characters were ironed on.
