Anytime im up north im coming in specially for their NW Berries pie. My sister got a NWBerries piescream(pie, ice cream, whipped cream and sprinkles layered in cup) delicious. My friend got an apple berry piescream. It was yummy. I bought myself an entire pie to eat at home with my family. My friend ended up buying a whole pie for her family too. The seating area is really big and very clean. They have an outdoor area also which is my favorite place to enjoy. They have water for you too. Went tonight 10 minutes before closing and ordered strawberry rhubarb and apple crumble pie shakes for my kids. There were two girls working- probably in their late teens to early 20's- one behind the counter and the other one was cleaning. The girl behind the counter said there was no more apple thus could not do the orders, then the cleaning girl approached the counter and was pointing to the pie we wanted and told the other girl there was still a couple slices left of the apple crumble pie. The other girl working the counter started whispering something to the other girl while looking at us sort of giggling. Just a side note, I had a feeling the counter girl did not want to do anymore work since there was about 10 minutes prior to closing time. The counter girl opened their freezer and said "I'm sorry, but we're out of ice cream for the shakes, but we can make you pie scream." My 18 year old daughter and I looked at each other, and I think we were both thinking the same thing. I told the girl behind the counter "forget it" and we walked out of there. On our way out I said to my kids out loud, "sorry guys, I don't think the workers want to stay any longer than they have to." It is obvious that if there is ice cream for the pie scream, there IS also ice cream for the shakes: ice cream goes with both! I wasn't born yesterday, and they could've just told me to my face- and I would've been okay with it- "sorry we're about to close and we don't have time to make your orders", instead of making up some bs about "not having ice cream" when clearly they did. I would've totally been fine had she been honest about having to close soon. I just don't like being lied to. Regardless, if the workers do not want to serve customers 10 minutes before closing, perhaps think about locking the front doors so no customer comes in. Or, put the sign that reads "closed". Customers are not idiots, are more likely forgiving if you're honest, and they're the reason why a place exists and the workers get paid. One star for tonight's customer service only. read more

I wish they had savory pies! The fruity pies were yummy, we also had the pie shake with chocolate cream cake blended up. That was also very good. The idea of blending up a pie sounded strange at first but it was so good. The space is a casual cafe, order at the counter and sit down. Pickup your food at the counter. The service was good, they didn't rush us as we took our time to make our choice. But overall, it's a simple pie place with simple sandwiches. Nothing that wow'd me. read more

Stopped by SPC to pick up a slice. Here are some thoughts: -So many interesting / unusual flavors that it was hard to choose. -Ended up buying a slice of peach / raspberry pie. I love both fruits, so it felt like a two for one! -I have to say, I didn't love it. I was expecting it to taste something like the homemade pies my mom used to make, but didn't taste especially homemade or fresh to me. -Now maybe I picked the wrong flavor and I need to go back. This spot is busy and has a lot of people coming in and out! There are some tables to sit at upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. Easy ordering where you pay at the cashier and then you get your slice, they come out and ask who's gotten a piescream after they make it too. Apple berry crumb piescream: comes with two layers each of pie and vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and sprinkles on top. I didn't care much for the sprinkles and next time might try this with a different pie because getting a bite with just crumb topping was super sweet. The textures were great and the apple and berry tasted so good! Over a very sweet treat. Chocolate mousse pie: chocolate mouse was nice and creamy and not too sweet. The layer of chocolate over the bottom crust was surprising and super chocolatey and a little sweet. Overall a great slice to share! This was my first time at Snohomish Pie. I purchased a Strawberry Rhubarb pie for a dinner party. When I cut it open I thought it looked thin on fruit. I served the pie with vanilla ice cream. It was so sour that we could not eat it. I searched for strawberries in the pie and there were none. I am thinking they missed on sugar too. I scooped up the plates and replaced the pie with only ice cream for my guests. Disappointing. I emailed the store and they told me that the pie is designed to be sour. So my advice is if you go there I would not order the Rhubarb pie or expect the management to stand by you with any order issue. read more

No pun intended, but what a sweet little treat! Up from SoCal visiting family and asked them to give me a little tour of the Snohomish. As we were walking this place caught my eye and I had to step in. It was close to closing so they were out of mostly everything but a few cookies, some pie (or slices of pie) and some very decadent looking cinnamon rolls. I went the cookie route and got a couple. The girls working there were super nice. I didn't get their names, unfortunately, but it was around 4:30 this evening. Many thanks and kudos to them. I couldn't resist a shop dedicated only to pie and a few other desserts. This is a pie lovers dream! I got two pies and a cinnamon roll. The cinnamon rolls are massive and you can actually get them unfrosted to go, I loved that! It meant I could control the amount of frosting and save it for later. I got a pumpkin cream slice and an apple pie slice. The pumpkin cream was a seasonal item and was pretty good. It was more elevated than a regular pumpkin pie and had a bit more going on. I purchased whole pies from this place a few times (strawberry-rhubarb twice and apple once). The pies are tasty but my biggest complaint is that they are pretty much impossible to cut and serve without being a complete mess of crumbles, so they tend to look very unappetizing on a plate. Which is an issue, because I bought them as dessert a few times when I had people over for dinner. I noticed them selling pie slicers, so maybe that's the way to go, but they were way overpriced. I needed lunch and saw a woman eating a pie and call it "the best pie she's ever had" so that felt enough of a draw when I saw they served sandwiches. The line was out the door when I came in (around 1:15 pm on Saturday) but moved fairly quickly as most people ordered slices of pies to go. There was also ample seating, and some outdoor seating though patio was closed. The place overall was warm, bright, and airy. I got the lunch special which included a half sandwich, cup of soup, and slice of pie for $16.99. I got the slightly warmed pie immediately and very soon after was brought my soup and sandwich. Soup was hot and delicious, and the sandwich was very full, with great bread and fixings. The cherry pie I got was also good, nice and tart and I enjoyed the pie crust a lot. I was passing through Snohomish and couldn't not stop at Snohomish Pie Company. I picked up a whole marionberry pie to bring to a friend brunch the next day, and it absolutely delivered. It kept well in the fridge, warmed up beautifully in the oven at 200°, and tasted just as good as I remembered. No notes. When I first walked in, I also grabbed a soup and a couple of cookies with the intention of hanging out and getting some work done. I didn't stay long, though - the space was empty, the table I sat at was a bit sticky, and the overall vibe just felt off. Not unwelcoming exactly, but not somewhere I wanted to camp out either. I ended up heading to a nearby coffee shop instead. Service was friendly, though a little slow - they seemed slightly overwhelmed by just a few people in line while I was there. All that said, the pie alone is reason enough to stop by. I'll absolutely keep coming back for take-home desserts - just not necessarily to linger. read more

Look at the size of the pecan shell that came in their chocolate pecan pie! We tried their apple crumble pie and chocolate pecan pie. When I bit into this pecan shell I about thought I'd broke my tooth. What sloppy cooks! I was excited to try this place as they are known for their pies and I had their pies before from the grocery stores and stuff. You can do dine In or takeout so I opted for take out. I asked for the most popular flavor and they recommended the peach raspberry crumble pie, which I got a slice of. I also grabbed their OMG cookie and the everything cookie as well.
