They shave it once you order. And you can get it with ice cream for just a tiny bit more. They also offer coffee beverages, nachos, and Hawaiian treats, including gourmet hot dogs. Really and truly, you just can't go wrong here and the price is right on everything! They also sell purified water here. I'm a freakish water snob and the water here is really good!
