They came in a condiment container so we could add them as we desired. Hubby's bingsoo was the Mango Melon and mine was the Mango. The shaved ice used was Mango for both. His had melon (Honeydew) balls and mine had mango chunks. This wasn't the best bingsoo I've had, but it was refreshing and made for a nice dessert! We went on a hot Saturday mid-day, and lots of other people had the same idea, so we had to wait a little bit for a table. They give you a beeper so you can come back once a table is ready. This time, we ordered the mango sticky rice shaved ice, and it was so good my husband and I were mind-blown. It's fun to eat because you get multiple components on one tray, and you can continually go between eating the mango sticky rice and the shaved ice with mango gelato, mango chunks, and coconut cream. Every part of it was so yummy and refreshing, it didn't feel too difficult to share and finish between two people. They hide mango chunks inside the middle of the shaved ice too, so it's not solely a bowl of ice when you get to the bottom. I will go back again just for the mango sticky rice shaved ice because it is so unique and delicious, but when mango season is over, they stop selling it.
