Bread was buttered and grilled but did not have the feel of a real po-boy bun as if it were on the old side which is strange as the place is a bakery. If I ate in, the order would be sent back to the kitchen. My replacement would likely have been better but QC on the takeout was lacking. I understand it's a popular spot in Jackson and was certainly full when I picked up the order. My meal, sadly, was quite forgettable.
