The most recent one was buy one, get one of the same size or smaller Fluffy Sno or blended drink, so definitely check those coupon books before throwing them away. Customer service is always on point. It's usually teens and young adults working, and they've always been well-mannered, professional, and made our orders exactly how we like them. There's a good amount of indoor seating, board games to play, and a nice covered outdoor seating area. It's a cute little spot for a friendly date, time with the kids, or just grabbing something sweet. Plenty of parking directly in front, including accessible parking. One of the things I didn't like was the person on the registers attitude. I ordered 3 small snow cones but even if they were small they were still pretty big. The cup was a little to big for my 1 year old so I went and asked if I could just get a small cup or a bowl to give my 1 year old since she couldn't hold the cup without spilling. Weeeeell if you ever want to do that they charge you for a cup. So I didn't get the cup. I meeeeaaann I kinda get but still very inconvenient. Because I had to fight with a 1 year old the whole time.
