After ordering, it often takes another 10 minutes just to receive them. Appetizers usually arrive at the same time as the main meal, which defeats the purpose of ordering them in the first place. The chips are hard and overly thick, making them difficult to enjoy. The queso is decent, but it contains large chunks of tomatoes and peppers that seem to take up more space than the queso itself. We've been coming here for over seven years, but ever since the two sisters--the owners' daughters--stopped working here, the service has steadily declined. If it weren't for how good the food is, we likely wouldn't keep coming back. What's frustrating is that there always seems to be plenty of staff on the floor, yet customers are still left waiting. Ironically, the bus staff cleans tables quickly as soon as they're empty--if only the waitstaff were just as quick to greet tables and check on guests. If management tightened up the front-of-house service, this place could easily be one of the top restaurants to recommend. As it stands, the food carries the experience, not the service.

We were given free chips and salsa, and I got spinach enchiladas which came with a side of rice and beans. I literally ate every last bite! The meal has so much rich flavor, the spice was right. We got to sit outside in the patio which was so nice and breezy, perfect weather. The staff was nice, the service was quick- we were sat immediately at the table we picked. The staff quickly got out order and the meal came out almost immediately. This was such a great experience!

Called the order in at 10:30 for a 12 o'clock pick up food wasn't ready. If you're gonna offer to order food online with a specific pick up time then at least honor it if not, take it off your website. I checked all of the food before I left the parking lot because it's a 30 minute drive to our destination, but I failed to check for the flour tortillas and got home and there was none. On my 30 minute drive back to the restaurant to get the flour tortillas I called them 17 minutes out and they said they would have my chips and tortillas ready for me. Well, I got there they had no clue what I was talking about, and after talking to the hostess stand twice, I asked for a manager and finally after 17 minutes I got the tortillas that I originally should've had and the chips and was on my way. The family put the food in the oven to wait for my hour drive to get the tortillas and when we got the food out lo and behold, the two fajita chimichangas we ordered one was chicken. Lastly, part of our order was beef fajitas for 2 and I have never had beef fajitas that the meat was cut in squares. It was the weirdest beef fajitas I've ever had and the meat itself didn't even look that healthy. Unfortunately, as things go once a restaurant becomes popular and good overtime they just go to the wayside with quality and good help. So not only did they waste about an hour and a half of my time on Mother's Day, they got the orders wrong, the food quality was terrible and eventually we didn't get what we wanted and we paid over $120 for this experience.
