As we talked more, Christopher owns a local business, and has been trying to work with local leaders to get a place for the local kids to hang out, do sports, etc, but hasn't been very successful in getting city leaders to agree. So, he did what every other single bright intelligent entrepreneur would do. Start a business to get money to do just that!
