(See my photos) The store was clean and the employees were friendly. There seemed to be enough employees so that was good. The only downside was that given the amount of registers there are in the store, the fact that they only had one register open seemed odd. If the registers had been open I could have been in and out and on my way quickly. They have regulars and those regular customers want their attention and that is cool but they should have two registers minimum during the holiday period. I re opened my Boscov's charge card and got another 15% off my total bill! For $130, I got two brand name pair of jeans, exercise attire, a small leather clutch, and a really nice mid weight Fall sweater material jacket. Today's hi-light was meeting a sweet and stellar cashier who WENT OUT OF HER WAY to get me a cart because she was me piled up and struggling ;) This woman blew me away with her kindness, patience, and genuine interest when talking to her customers. I wish I remembered her name from her store employee tag. (She was a 60 something? black woman with glasses and mid length salt and pepper hair ). To me - the role model and epitome for what cashiers should embody. Deptford Mall really rocks with the anchor department stores of Boscov's, Macy's, and JC Penney's!

No other customer was silently followed that entered the store. I found a pair of shoes I wanted but upon payment the employee called over his manager convinced my money was fake. Long story short the manager saw nothing wrong with my method of payment. I will never set foot in this store again or any other store in this chain.
