She text me the next day saying she wasn't going to take anything I brought because she wasn't ready for summer? I had plenty of pants and shirts and shoes that were not summer items. It is getting towards the Holidays, and vintage Christmas decorations were out in force. There are treasures to be found, but vendors know their goods, and prices $$$ can reflect that. This place could be a case study on how a second hand store goes from universally loved to losing almost all of their regular customers. To add to that, they rigged their google reviews by bribing customers to leave a good review for a chance to get something for free or at a discount. This used to be a spot I regularly shopped at, sometimes multiple times a week, to now being a place I might visit once a month or so, just to see if things are improving or not.

I arrived with a small animal cage that did not suit the needs of the parrot it housed. Michele showed me what the store had in stock, unfortunately none meet the needs of our situation. She suggested if I did not find anything outside the store to return to see if there was something that Costal could do to the cage I did have. I returned the next day and within 10 minutes there was a plan of action. Within 30 minutes everything was completed, and I was happily walking out the door. These folks are WONDERFUL problem solvers.
