My 1-year-old has a life-threatening egg allergy, which the daycare was well aware of. Despite multiple reminders, he was repeatedly exposed to egg 2-3 times a week. That's not a mistake--it's negligence. Every day I dropped him off, I worried it might be the last time I saw him alive. On top of that, my 8-month-old's personal formula, diapers, and wipes--which I purchase out of pocket--were consistently used on other children. I was rarely given back everything I brought each morning, and I had to wait 15-20 minutes most days to pick them up because parents are kept in the lobby, unable to check on their own kids. I paid thousands of dollars a month to this facility, yet it felt like I had to supervise their staff every single day. My job is to work and provide, not to constantly fear for my children's safety in a place I trusted to care for them. Parents, be aware: if your child has any medical condition or specific care needs, look elsewhere. No family should have to live with this kind of anxiety, especially while paying a premium for care.

You see, I also work in healthcare, and while I am NOT on the front lines my job is essential and I will be working outside my home everyday through this Stay Safe, Stay Home and it wasn't just about my daughter or my finances (although as a single mom that was a HUGE part). I could have continued to take my daughter to Bravo, perhaps one day unknowingly exposing all of the children and staff to COVID-19. I chose to withdraw her instead. As a consequence I was charged over $250, 2 more weeks of full tuition and then withdraw fees. No, I would not recommend them. I understand, this is what I agreed to when I signed up for childcare and in a normal world I would not expect anything less than to abide my strict policy, but this is NOT a normal world.

And apparently that's a big problem for them ( at least that's how they made it seem) Well at the beginning of December the director Jennifer asked me if I have talked to my sons pediatrician to see if there was anything "neurologically wrong with him" her exact words, because he was going through these phases. By the way she decided to say this to me in front of two other parents dropping of their children as well, I find this completely unprofessional and disrespectful of her. I reported her to management and they said that they would have a talk with her and even still after speaking with her, Jennifer didn't have the decency to apologize to me about what she said and how she said it. This isn't a bad review about the daycare itself like I said I loved the daycare. My only issue was with Jennifer and how she went about everything wasn't professional at all.

They are amazing at making sure he gets fed on a schedule and everytime I come to pick him up he's listening to classical music or a fun kids channel. The babies will all be sitting in a circle playing with toys or looking in a mirror. He gets his own crib for naps. The class is also small which is nice. It is hard to leave your baby with somebody else, but I don't worry about him because I know he's in great care! Prices are affordable and comparable to nearby places. I pay $155 a week for full time care. They were also able to get me in without a lot of notice too!
