Our youngest started in the tiny tots class and is now in the preschool program. All of the teachers are so sweet and you can tell they genuinely care about the kids. Nicole and Tiffany made the transition into preschool for both of my boys so easy. They felt safe and comfortable being away from me and that peace of mind is such an important thing for all of us. My boys truly loved them both! The date-nights they offer are such an awesome bonus as well. I'm not very trusting with a random babysitter so it's so nice having a place they can go, where they are already comfortable, I know they are safe and it's honestly a great deal as well. We are so grateful to have found Kool Kidz.

My daughter has loved learning and going on field trips. She's already reading!! Her teachers are absolutely wonderful and the owner, Miss Cindi is the sweetest. Academy, and so much more! My granddaughter was granted admission into a private school but she chose not to go because, in her own words, "I like my teacher!"

As a single mom during a global pandemic schools were closed and no longer needed childcare. My…read moredaughter would be sad to leaver her friends, but she was already exposed to enough colds and coughs. I asked to put my daughters tuition on hold but because she was only there 3 full days I didn't qualify. I thought it over, over the weekend, and decided I needed to just withdraw her. You see, I also work in healthcare, and while I am NOT on the front lines my job is essential and I will be working outside my home everyday through this Stay Safe, Stay Home and it wasn't just about my daughter or my finances (although as a single mom that was a HUGE part). I could have continued to take my daughter to Bravo, perhaps one day unknowingly exposing all of the children and staff to COVID-19. I chose to withdraw her instead. As a consequence I was charged over $250, 2 more weeks of full tuition and then withdraw fees. No, I would not recommend them. I understand, this is what I agreed to when I signed up for childcare and in a normal world I would not expect anything less than to abide my strict policy, but this is NOT a normal world.

Set an tour, got a confirmation email, but then got a cancellation email a few days later. We…read morecalled twice and they "could find an tour meeting scheduled" for us. So they just had no explanation and acted as if there was never a meeting. We set another one, got the confirmation email again and AGAIN got a cancellation with no explanation as to why, we call and they tell us they had to cancel for another meeting. No call to explain and reschedule, no explanation in the email, just cancelled and we had to chase them down for an explanation.
