I agreed that he should go ahead and fix my unit. The best part of all this is that PROS gave me the opportunity to enroll in their yearly maintenance contract. The end results​​: the cost of the repairs was covered by my new contract. The best surprise of all this is that a local company was going to charge me a whopping $3000 in labor fees to install a new unit, and​ all I paid PROS was less than $200 for a yearly maintenance for heating and air conditioning.
