We lost our 18 year old water heater and wanted to upgrade to a tankless model, and Wesley absolutely went above and beyond to help us make it happen. He came out within a few hours of our request, fully explained our options, and stayed until all of our questions were completely answered and made sure we made an informed decision. Great service is what comes to mind. Called PROS after another heating & air business made me wait 3 days for a service call and then never followed up on the repair. PROS scheduled me quickly, diagnosed our upstairs system, got the part and repaired the system the same day. Our downstairs unit had also died days before and they gave us a loaner portable unit to keep the house cool until the replacement system could be ordered. Wes and Omar were fast and professional. Very nice installation job and they were extremely patient in answering my numerous questions...I'm just one of those people that likes to know everything. Wesley is the most Honest Businessmen I had the opportunity to meet he went out of his way late that night to just come put Freon in our leaky system the night before they came out to replace it just so we wouldn't be comfortable, to be honest I never expected them to make it out the same day and a new system the next but he made it happen and we are above PLEASED with it and he came out the next morning to run test to make sure everything is 100% like he promised. I couldn't be happier with the service Wesley and Heather provided. I put a request for a quote out and Heather contacted me within a couple of hours to set up an appointment. Wesley came out early on a Saturday to identify a leak. Wesley is extremely knowledgeable and without his help I would have never found the issue with my toilet. Quick and reliable. We called and the receptionist was pleasant and friendly and very helpful. She told us that the owner was in the area and could come out that day, which he did after a short wait. Our drain pan was full in the attic and leaking into the kitchen through the roof. So grateful we didn't have to wait and he was able to assess the issue, fix it temporarily so that he could come back and fix it the next day. The owner seemed very honest and helpful. Wesley was a godsend! We had been quoted by preferred home services for 2500$ for a leak search repair and refill Freon.
