000 STARS - ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY…read more This company is an absolute disaster. I paid for an annual service contract, and the first visit actually went fine--which clearly lulled me into a false sense of confidence. That was my mistake. When it was time for the second service, they sent out an apprentice by himself in the middle of summer. My AC was running perfectly and blowing cold air with zero issues, yet this tech confidently told me I had a bad capacitor. Thirty minutes later, he came back and claimed my system had NO FREON--all while the AC was still running and blowing cold air. Completely clueless. They eventually sent a supervisor, who admitted the tech wasn't familiar with my type of AC. That alone should tell you everything you need to know about their training and competence. Then came the scheduling nightmare. For the next service, I scheduled an appointment and sat at home ALL DAY--no show, no call, no explanation. After waiting a few weeks, I called again. They apologized and rescheduled. Same thing happened again. Another full day wasted. No technician. No call. I finally texted the owner. She apologized, added a credit to my account, and scheduled a THIRD appointment. Guess what? On the day of that appointment, I heard nothing. When I reached out, I was told the company was "sick" and had shut down. Unbelievable. This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and incompetent. I wouldn't trust them to work on my air-conditioning even if it were free. If this is how they run a business, it's honestly shocking they're still operating. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. WHAT A JOKE.

I have a…read moresystem upstairs in my house that services three upstairs bedrooms and a finished room over our garage that have separate staircases for access with separate thermostats. Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric serviced our system because it could not handle the heat. They replaced freon and dampers for $2,500.00. This work did not fix the problem. The temperature in the bedrooms and FROG is consistently three to five degrees higher than what the thermostat says. I made an appointment a couple of Fridays ago to have them check this out. They were a no show. They are also not answering my voicemails. I have my own business. If I ran a business like Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric runs their business, I would have no customers. I assume they have other customers. I am not sure how. I highly recommend you don't use Pleasant Air Conditioning and Electric .
