Everyone was smiling and excited to be there. I tried the grilled tenders which are seasoned well and if you don't like a lot of seasoning, you may want to skip. But overall they were juicy and delicious. Also tried the location exclusive Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and I must say....PLEASE TRY IT. I do not know what kind of operation you are running, but I can say with absolute certainty that there are obvious mathematical issues and questionable practices. I decline your apology and your contrived excuse. I would rather seek a business that treats customers honestly. I posted this on Yelp because honest experiences I have can be deleted by Google if the owner feels they are being marred. It is not ok to delete honest comments. If a business treats a customer with dishonesty, it is not ok to protect them and indemnify them from the truth as seen by the offended. This post reflects that the owner acknowledges my complaint but offered some contrived excuse that just did not pass the smell test. If this owner tries to bring legal action against me, this will be evidence to their admission of the incident and Yelp allows honest posts unlike the Google and others that rather protect the business.
