If you ask me they've probably messed up again. Yelp, that is. The stock is still the same and the prices are still dirt cheap which is excellent. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're looking for a new place to find a shoe selection in Lockport. Online is one thing but you can't try them on online, but you can in here.

My favorite, woman notices a broken zipper days later once she travels home out of the area and was told to mail it in for repair or exchange, no refund given....No repair and not exchanged or returned. They kept the coat and her money and will not return her calls. To bad. I could probably figure out how to get to them to get it but not willing to take my chances on being taken advantage of.

When I asked her to write her name on the business card she had offered me to contact the head office. She had refused to accept a size exchange from shoes I had purchased the previous day. These shoes were not worn, I had the receipt and packaging intact. On a previous visit I had an issue with rudeness and unprofessionalism from Madelyn the manager. Perhaps it is built into store policy and training. Word to the wise, If you buy shoes here make sure you don't ever need to exchange them or be prepared to endure abuse and insults when you return. The reason I really love this place, though, is that they stock Birkenstock's blue arch supports. $45, and a better product than the custom arch supports people buy for hundreds of dollars. I purchased some Keen closed toe sandals and a pair of Staheekum slippers. Both items were reasonably priced but not inexpensive. I had been looking for quality footwear in several of the larger department stores in larger cities without success. This is an old fashioned full service shoe store.
