Beautifully decorated. The only problem is parking and the traffic around there. Miami Valley has a couple parking garages one of them does connect to the Berry Center so once you finally learn your way around this area that be your best bet. There are these golf cart looking shuttles that can take you over there if you've gotten lost in ended up in the main hospital.

Since your entering a medical building wonder what they do if you do have temp or symptoms ... already wear mask and at a hospital. either way i had no temp or symptoms. I was able to park near the door and someone immediately asked if i needed help finding my location. They didn't make me wait got me right back and didn't wait in the room long at all. I have alot of confidence in the staff .. they come very highly recommended and I am hopeful they can help.

It was my first time coming in, and i thought i couldnt be seen but when i called in Sidney got me scheduled for the same day "AMAZING SERVICE"! She reassured me of how everything would go and even went over some of the options the Dr. might have for me! I had a dent in my cheek from an acne scar that had started to get worse due to me personally doing everything possible to make it worse thinking im a dermatologist, but i explained that to her when i called in and she scheduled me right away! The visit went just as well! Gabby is also AMAZING and well informed and made me feel comfortable about the procedure before the Dr. came in. She is very friendly and made the visit much easier! Dr. Hickman is beyond professional and efficient! When i tell you i had zero pain during this procedure i am not lying.. i would not even give it a 1 on the pain scale. ( the procedure i had done was filler to help fill the scar and lift the skin and overtime potentially help collagen start building back in the area) I am no longer ugly and back to normal. The receptionist and assistant were both abrasive and unwelcoming, but the dermatologist herself was by far the worst part of the experience. (Dr. Martha Hickmann) During the exam, she SCRATCHED my mother's irritated skin with her bare fingernails while examining the area. Not only was this incredibly uncomfortable, but it also felt completely unsanitary and unprofessional. There was no warning, no gentleness, and no respect for basic bedside manner. Her overall attitude throughout the appointment was shockingly condescending. Every question we asked was met with snarky, dismissive responses as if we were stupid for asking normal medical questions. When my mother asked about potential scarring from a procedure, the doctor sarcastically replied, "Every surgical procedure causes a scar," in a tone that was clearly meant to belittle rather than educate. Instead of offering reassurance or a thoughtful explanation, she acted irritated that she even had to answer. The entire appointment felt rushed and careless. Rather than explaining anything clearly or showing confidence and expertise, she seemed to just throw random possibilities around without much insight or certainty. It genuinely felt like guessing rather than informed medical care. What made the experience even worse was how physically invasive and disrespectful she was. She repeatedly put her hands on people without asking, handled irritated skin aggressively, and showed absolutely no awareness of patient comfort whatsoever. There is a massive difference between being direct and being rude, and this office crossed that line repeatedly. We left feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and honestly upset by how unnecessarily demeaning the entire interaction was. This urgent care used to be Well Now but is now Quickmed but its the same location and we have been there with similar experience under the well now name and the current name. I'm superstitious that if I crow about good care it will disappear (kind of like a universal I told you so), so to be clear this is only about the care I have received to date, and the experience going forward could change at any time. This is hands down the best urgent care medical services my family and I have experienced in two decades. The providers aren't just attentive and caring, they are competent. Like shockingly competent, which is something I don't really expect to receive in this region, even at the "nicer" areas, much less by an urgent care anywhere. The office side is a little iffy (mostly workflow problems: long waits, communication issues, computer system problems), but the office staff has always been courteous to us and I would far prefer to have people who care, try, and the providers to be medically competent than have shorter wait times and a more efficient workflow. Seriously, don't improve those at the expense of medical care.
