Baby boy is breech, making it harder to see, plus he was hiding behind his hands almost the entire time! Multiple times the owner had me get up and walk around, drink cold water, eat a donut and anything else to try to make him move! She spent over an hour trying to get some good shots but he was being incredibly stubborn. She invited us back in a few weeks at a different time of day, giving us some tips on what to do before the next appointment in hopes of more movement from him. My family talked all day about the owner's kindness and patience with us. She made this the most incredible experience. We drove from the east side and would (and will) do it again in a heartbeat! Really? The receptionist told the couple in front of me that it would be 1 or 2 days before the results came in. I asked if they could be emailed and she told me no, probably for security reasons. So, imagine my surprise, when I arrived home in Columbus 2 hours later and flipped through my emails, head pounding, and found my 'results' had been sent to me 1 1/2 hours after shooting the MRI. Seriously, you can look through two patients before me and 600 images of me in under two hours? What a crock. Clearly this is not incompetence, but criminal behavior. So I emailed https://radiologyassist.com/ and sure enough the lady told me that he only shot the brain and it is not the problem. It is the neck and head for which I specifically went to Cincinnati to have them shoot. Radiologyassist.com did refund the second amount but that is little solace when you dying.

I can not stress enough how overly kind the receptionist and the ultrasound technician were. It was such a great experience. The room where the ultrasound was performed was homey. Dimmed lights, music playing, it felt like a cozy room in a house instead of a sterile, fluorescent lighted doctors office. The technician was so sweet, enthusiastic and informative. She explained things that my own doctor hadn't even explained about my body! (Like me having an anterior placenta) She was wonderful. It was a beautiful experience. It's located in the Shops at Worthington Place and is very easy and convenient to get to. I was able to schedule same day as well. We opted for the 3/D/5/D meet your baby experience. It's a fifteen minute ultra sound with an ultrasound technician for $109. Because my insurance does not cover these ultrasounds as they are super cool but not medically necessary, this price is a steal. They also offer add ons such as a stuffed toy with a recording of the baby's heartbeat inside. It was way too cute to pass up! Our technician was incredibly sweet and helpful too! Definitely recommend!
