I was able to park near the door and someone immediately asked if i needed help finding my location. They didn't make me wait got me right back and didn't wait in the room long at all. By the next morning,a Sunday, it was swollen and she was in pain. I arrived at 8:50, filled out two small forms and she was taken right back. The nurse and CNP were both very caring and professional. They were able to X-ray her and called me back that afternoon to let me know that it was indeed broken. They made a copy of the X-rays for me to take to the orthopedic doc and made a referral for me. I was told to call or stop in with any further questions. I noticed that they had a sign saying they do primary care also. I did not note any hippa violations as someone stated previously.

I let them know that their website was down that their app wasn't working and asked if I could please schedule an appointment over the phone to see someone to which the receptionist told me she was not able to make an appointment for me over the phone because there are other people in the room waiting to be seen! how ridiculous is that for a response she claimed it was because they weren't allowed to discuss patient information over the phone like none of these people I've ever been to a doctor before or heard receptionist at doctors office speaking to other patients on the phone about setting up appointments give me a break. This is ridiculous. I feel like the person just didn't want to do their job.

The specialist area is really nice and well-mainted. We mostly see Neurology and Urology here and everyone is great. My son has been to the ER twice here. Most recently in January 2022. Wait time has been very minimal both times. The first time he was little and swallowed a dime. Everyone was great with him. I liked that they brought the x-ray to us in the room. That was great. The second time he was in because he was really dehydrated from the stomach flu. Again everyone working was great with him and really made sure he was okay and that I was okay as well. Ample parking and easy to get to right off the highway.
