Since your entering a medical building wonder what they do if you do have temp or symptoms ... already wear mask and at a hospital. either way i had no temp or symptoms. I was able to park near the door and someone immediately asked if i needed help finding my location. They didn't make me wait got me right back and didn't wait in the room long at all. I have alot of confidence in the staff .. they come very highly recommended and I am hopeful they can help.

But sometimes the choice is taken out of your hands. I was scared on so many levels. But the compassion and care was outstanding. And I felt safe with all the precautions. Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful. That made everything easier. So here's my public service announcement...don't wait till it's too late. I wasn't here for long because I needed to be transferred to their main hospital for the care I needed. The moral of the story is if you need medical attention, get here ASAP. Don't procastinate like I did...it can be life alternating. And, you'll get a free Covid test ... even if your sure you don't have it . Which I am grateful I didn't. And the ambulance driver was a cutie. And funny, making my stress level easier to keep down. He even made me laugh. And on that day...that was priceless.

Worst hospital in the world I tried leaving a few hours early when I had my child here. Both OBGYNs…read morefrom my practice that I am a patient at said it was totally fine and they would allow me to be released. My pediatrician does not do visits at this hospital so I was stuck with whatever pediatrician was on site at this hospital when I asked for an early release and told them I would sign whatever paperwork necessary to leave. I was greeted by CPS and harassed by the on-call pediatrician who proceeded to threaten me even though myself, and my child were healthy and ready to go. This is an absolute awful hospital. I do not recommend you being here if you can avoid it. I had a lovely experience at the South location. However, that one is been shut down because they wanted to funnel everyone to this specific location. The rooms were small and dirty. Mine had no working AC. The showers are so small that you don't have any elbow room to move literally had to spin in a circle to get the water all over my body and the water pressure was down to a trickle. You feel like you're in a prison. The TV is awful. The lights feel like an operating room. You can't get them low enough to feel relaxed. Oh and did I forget to mention after being in labor for over 24hrs and then accepting an epidural the anesthesiologist put my epidural in wrong and I now have to seek medical treatment in hopes that I can heal from that it's been over a year and it still hurts. Had to have a different phlebotomist come in to attempt a second attempt at a epidural while an active labor. The beds are broken, lumpy and uncomfortable, and they couldn't figure out why I wanted to go home. I felt forced to stay here because of the threats and intimidation tactics that they pulled and stayed till literally the last minute I was required to stay. I then told them I would be following up with my pediatrician within 12 hours for my child and I left. DO NOT GO HERE ALONE. Make sure that you have a family member or spouse there with you at all times. I also recently had to take my father to this location because he had a stone from his kidneys that was 8 mm and was supposed to be removed but because it was Super Bowl Sunday, nobody gave a crap and my father sat in the hospital overnight in excruciating pain, and was supposed to be on the schedule for surgery at noon the following day. The neurologist decided that it's the last hour. He was going to cancel the surgery that my father needed and told him that he didn't felt it was necessary and he should try to let the Stone break up naturally. My father had requested that he'd be released and just like my experience with this hospital. They refused to let him go and were holding him hostage. People were coming into harass him told him he couldn't leave. He said he would sign paperwork, but he was leaving and it was a legit argument with staff and doctors. I don't know what is wrong with this hospital or this facility they don't care about you. It seems that they only care about how much money they can get out of your insurance by making you stay longer. If you need a hospital check out Kettering hospitals or somewhere else in your network. Do not go here. I believe they don't care based on the lack of care this place gives about its patience and the awful conditions that this place leaves their patients in good luck

When I went here for the first time, I was impressed by the staff and their quick scheduling. So…read moremuch so, that I was willing to overlook the incredibly strong odor of urine. However, they have lost my business and the business of my friends/family after my most recent interaction. My cat has a condition that causes crystals in his bladder to form if he doesn't eat a special diet. This food is considered a prescription and needs to be refilled my the vet each time I order it. I received a phone call saying they could not refill the prescription because they hadn't seen my cat in over a year. They tell me this last minute, when my cat could quite literally die if he doesn't eat this food which I'm trying to order because it is almost out. I have recently moved cities and didn't think to find a vet yet. So after refusing to make an exception even though it was their failure to inform me I needed to make appointments yearly, I spent an hour on the phone frantically trying to find a vet with a last minute opening to prescribe the food. Horrible customer service that literally put my cats life at risk.

We just bought a puppy last weekend (Shar Pei/Cocker mix) and wouldn't have taken him anywhere…read moreelse, this is the best vet in the area hands down! The staff are amazing and treat you like family instead of a customer and Dr. Emily is wonderful, can't say enough about her! We wanted to make sure we're doing everything right with our pup and she was patient and took lots of time answering our many questions, she treated our dog like it was her own, very loving care all the way around. If you have any kind of pet that you care about, take them here for their care!
