No one wants to stay in a nursing center with a roommate they don't know, so I don't blame her. She got her own room at my house and is SO happy. But if she ever WERE to have to go anywhere, I would highly recommend Greenbriar. The staff is attentive and good with the medications.

I want to start with the statement that my rating does not reflect on my particular doctor. I am…read morerating Heritage Health Alliance, not any specific doctor. HHA is a good practice, and I think they do an overall great job. One thing I really like is that their records are computerized and when I walk out, I have a printed order I can read instead of a hand-written order that I can't make sense of. The nurses are pleasant and do a great job listening as you explain why you're there. Even the wait isn't usually bad - my last doctor you could wait 1-1.5 hours after your appointment time to see the doctor - here, it's usually less than 15 minutes if they are running behind. My only real issue has been the office staff. The response is short sometimes and follow-through can be a little slow if you're trying to get ahold of your doctor by phone. It's not a big deal, but it can be really inconvenient. Net result, I highly recommend the practice and encourage you to check them out.
