This urgent care used to be Well Now but is now Quickmed but its the same location and we have been there with similar experience under the well now name and the current name. I'm superstitious that if I crow about good care it will disappear (kind of like a universal I told you so), so to be clear this is only about the care I have received to date, and the experience going forward could change at any time. This is hands down the best urgent care medical services my family and I have experienced in two decades. The providers aren't just attentive and caring, they are competent. Like shockingly competent, which is something I don't really expect to receive in this region, even at the "nicer" areas, much less by an urgent care anywhere. The office side is a little iffy (mostly workflow problems: long waits, communication issues, computer system problems), but the office staff has always been courteous to us and I would far prefer to have people who care, try, and the providers to be medically competent than have shorter wait times and a more efficient workflow. Seriously, don't improve those at the expense of medical care.

They make you feel as though you are the most important patient they have and ensure all your questions/issues have been addressed. I was diagnosed with Pancreatic Enzyme Insufficiency which isn't always the easiest/quickest issue to manage, but Dr Thakore assured me she would not stop until we had the issue under control....and she kept her word. She truly has given me my life back. Where once I was hesitant to leave my house, eat at a restaurant or take a trip, I am able to enjoy all those things now!

Sorry no pictures but that would be a HIPPA violation. I highly recommend the endoscopy staff they are amazing

Dr Adib is a positive, enthusiastic physician that treats her patients with respect and great concern. I buy my own insurance and only purchase the policies that she requires or recommends. I look forward to growing older with her as my physician. She is very thorough and well prepared. Not only does she continue to treat my depression issues but either knows the answer or finds the resource for any issues I acquire with age. Words can't describe how lucky I feel to have found her and look forward to every appointment as though I was meeting a friend. I highly recommend her! I am grateful for her and the staff at Kettering Physician Network.

The worse thing iEvery time I i need to call to seR my doctor the worst people I encounter are the front two people sitting at the front windows of this drs office. Their names are Julie & Amy are the absolute rudest receptionists I have EVER encountered at any drs office in the entire Miami Valley. Neither of them want to be bothered by any patients whatsoever ... they also do not work there hardest to get you in to see a dr EVER. Does NOT matter how sick any of you or any of your kids are. I do not recommend this place nor any doctors here. The drs are not successful here because of there RUDE staff! ... when or if I am reluctant to call them -one of us MUST BE truly in need DESPERATELY to see the dr or nurse - we R VERY SICK!! Heck with trying to follow up on any other illnesses; or needs. This IS just how awful the staff are there. Including the office manager. She has sent my family letters that most any other drs in this universe would NEVER send to their patients. This is worst situation to be in ever. I truly do not think or believe that these drs are aware that their staff (that mainly answer their phones & see people first once anyone walks in) are terribly horrible people. I am hopeful that anyone with in their Administration at the big Kettering hospital will read this and take heed by helping this (our) community center drs office clean out the bad employees. Kindly. Otherwise if this continues to drag on; I will send a letter to the hospital. I would highly suggest any administrator with Kettering Health look in to this immediately.
