They would not disclose except for "they're a family practice and don't dispense that type of medication" why they rejected her as a patient. I thought I was dealing with professionals but I was CLEARLY not. Outrageous, unbelievable and unprofessional, inexplicable, arbitrary and capricious behavior. Completely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

They were right, the staff is very efficient, they check me in, bring me back, take my stats and I see the Dr in way less time than my family Dr. The best part is Dr Buckingham seems to have the natural skill of looking at my pumps stores details and comes up with a decent plan of what what needs to change in minutes. It's pretty impressive. And while she's doing all this, she actually talks to me and wants my input on what my thoughts are about keeping my diabetes under control. You have no idea how hard this is to find. Hopefully, she has no plans on retiring any time soon.

I definitely recommend him if he's taking new patients. The office was recently remodeled and looks great. You can take the elevator or the stairs up one flight. There is also a lab there, which is very convenient. The front office staff and nurses are all kind. I've never had an issue. And like any doctors office, there can sometimes be a wait, but I am usually out of there in less than an hour.

I recently spent time at Kettering Medical Center while my mom was having surgery, and I have to…read moresay, this place goes above and beyond the "typical hospital" experience. The surgery went very well (huge relief), and every single staff member we encountered was supportive, kind, and genuinely friendly. Hospitals can be stressful places, but the people here do an amazing job of making you feel cared for and not just like "Patient #342B." The facility itself is spotless and surprisingly warm for a hospital setting. It doesn't feel cold or sterile, it almost feels like more than a hospital, like a place designed to comfort as much as it heals. There are plenty of waiting areas, good signage so you don't get lost in a maze of hallways, and even a cafeteria in the basement (Cafe on the Boulevard) for when you need a break and a burger. On a personal note, I was here 15 years ago to give birth to my daughter, and it's remarkable how much the center has improved since then. They've continued to grow, modernize, and somehow get even better at what they do. If you're looking for a hospital that combines top-notch medical care with a team of people who treat you with genuine kindness, Kettering Medical Center is it. No one wants to spend time at a hospital, but if you have to, this is a pretty great place to be.

Zero professionalism attempted. I go find the sign and there is absolutely nothing indicating you wait there, just an arrow pointing to the desk. It's amazing how the dumb people like her always try to pretend you are the problem. Even better, Kettering hospital has TVs in the waiting room playing a warning that if you are rude to them they will call the police to arrest you. So they get to act rude and dumb and they will call police if you dont like it. Kettering Health Network has turned into pure trash, totally unprofessional anymore.
