So I asked then what is your job, then I was told to leave. The other representative not even the one taking care of me popped her head out the glass window and shooed me out the door by waving her hand and said you can leave now. I then had a few choice words that I'm not proud of. You know folks don't know what the other person is going through at that moment in their lives. Such a horrible experience. I will never go back to this office or this doctor.

As this is the first impression patients have with the practice, it does not set a good tone. Additionally, while I understand that the scheduler is busy, it is common to call repeatedly and not get a live person; it goes to voicemail. The voicemail instructions say to leave a message and the scheduler will call us back. This never happens. In fact, I had to reschedule my appointment and, after calling 3 times, left a message with the requisite information. Not only did I never get a call back, the next day I was charged a no-show fee. When I called the office number to ask to speak with someone, I was transferred to the voicemail of the office manager. The officer manager NEVER calls back (much like the scheduler). If the office manager does not want to do her job properly or interact with patients when they have questions or concerns, perhaps she is in the wrong profession. I also tried calling the billing department. No answer, no response. Seems to be this office's modus operandi. I will NOT return; my doctor has recommended another provider, and they have been lovely so far. For patients who are already dealing with uncertainty and a potentially lifechanging diagnosis, the behavior of the office staff is unacceptable. The entire experience was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. My advice: seek another reputable practice that will treat you with respect and kindness.

My insurance called them twice to explain my copay is only $40.00, the dr office insisted that I pay them 350.00 for one test and $175.00 for the 2nd test. I waited a month to get the tests done and now I have to find another doctor. I should known better when the doctor did not know the difference between being dizzy or lightheaded. Maybe that is why the parking lot is empty all the time.
