A staff member returned my call same-day to schedule my initial appointment and I was seen only a couple days later. I was able to have my xrays completed, reviewed and explained to me in detail prior to treatment, and Dr. Briggs developed a treatment plan specific to my needs and symptoms. I have zero issues getting follow-up appointments to fit my schedule during the week and I have never waited past my appointment time to be seen. I pay out of pocket for treatment and the cost is incredibly reasonable given the amount of pain and discomfort I had been experiencing prior to treatment. Highly recommend! I don't pay for lip service or someone who only sees us as numbers. Reasonable rates! I wasn't able to hold my newborn for very long and at points my back would lock up and I was so afraid of dropping him. After my first week seeing Dr. Briggs a few times, i was able to hold my son without worry! My pain significantly decreased, going from an 8-10 to a 4 in my second week seeing him. He is very well educated and I appreciate his explanation of what my back is doing - I had no idea it affected so many of my nerves. Now my headaches aren't there either and my sleep is way better. I was in need of of chiropractor and my girlfriend recommended. Setting up an appointment was easy and got me in very quickly for a consultation. When I first went in I was walking in severe pain and with a cane. After the consultation I went for x-rays and then waited for results and follow up which was quicker than expected. I was having terrible sciatic pain in my right leg/lower back and piriformis tightness in my left glute from running. I am very impressed by Dr. Brian Briggs and his chiropractic techniques. I have been seeing a chiropractor since I was 19 due to severe back issues but had to switch at the beginning of the year because I needed someone who took my insurance. I have a leg length difference and my pelvis tends to not stay aligned correctly. Dr. Briggs has been a big help with this, and I am not getting the sharp pains like I was for a few months prior. I am visiting Dr. Briggs office for my lower back and knee pains that have increased lately and have limited my exercising habits. The staff at the office is very friendly and helpful. In the first 2 weeks of my regular scheduled visits, I have started noticing improvements with my pains. Glad I am no longer experiencing those knee pains that have been there for an year now. Dr. Briggs is awesome. I thought about giving 4 stars because in the beginning I felt like he was rushing me through appointments. But I realize I can be over-analytical taking too much during the appointment time. But over several weeks, Dr. Briggs has performed regular treatments that have significantly decreased my pain, making every day so much better. After the first few visits, he seemed more accommodating with my questions and less rushed. He's even been collaborative to give me ways to participate in my treatment.
