Lovely, amazing staff, but closed for good. One provider passed away last year, and the other retired. I'm really going to miss them

One of the nicest most compassionate doctor I've ever known!…read moreI've been a patient there for many years. Dr Soin is excellent at what he does. My back always feels better afterwards. He's kept me out of surgery! I totally trust him!! Very nice staff also!

I might go higher on this review but kinda want to see what happens. What happens you ask? Well, I…read morewent in to learn about spinal injections as I have a several issues that are causing back pain. Apparently the main culprit is my sciatica which enjoys reeking havoc on my body by sending spasms and then causing numbness in my legs. It's pretty bad when you can't bend down, rise from a laying position, and more. I equate the sensation to a turtle on its back desperately trying to flip over and free thy self. Yes, it's kinda comical if you saw the process in the morning with screaming as my back shoots electrical currents rampantly with each movement as I try to remove myself from the mattress. The past treatments have included chiropractic, yoga, and physical therapy which just made it worse or did nothing. Dr. Soin came in after five minutes of sitting in the waiting room you see pictured to explain what was happening. He seemed pretty passionate and sure about the diagnosis and process to getting me back to a more lumbar state. I asked him to clarify my MRI which he did. I was kinda hoping he would throw some images up on that lightboard, but instead he verbally reviewed the injection process in which I asked for more than a Valium to perform as the last SI had me howl in pain and fearful I would move causing permanent damage. So sedation is the ideal scenario in which he will inject me with a steroid to stop that inflamed nerve from it's temper tantrum. In all, he was in the room for less than seven minutes and walked me to the scheduling department to arrange. Since I already know about the process, I didn't have too many questions. It's definitely time for me as I am over the pain and want my mobility back. My goal is to receive an insurance confirmation in the next few weeks that this is greenlighted. This is why I am sitting on four stars as I want to see if the staff can get me approved, scheduled, and then done with success. Until then, I remain in my turtle state. Save the turtle.

Dr Rogers is great. . I have no issues with him. BUT If you…read morelike rude, uncaring, disrespectful, up to 3 hour wait times and a staff with a nasty attitude, then this is the office for you. Take some advice and find another pain management office. Today I was told that a 3 hour wait time was normal for a specialist. No Dawn.... 3 hours is not normal. Dawn Gets the award for being the rudest of them all. As for his nurse Hannah, do NOT depend on her or anyone in that office to return calls in a respectable timeframe or submit requests to insurance for treatment. She is so over worked she doesn't know which way is up. I've never been treated so disrespectful by a Drs team than I have with this group. It amazes me how they can continue to treat people the way they do without any recourse. Most unprofessional group I've ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with these clowns. Find a group that is caring and respectful to their patients. One that acts like they give a damn about their patients. I promise you will not find that at this office. It's really a shame because he really is a good dr. He's letting his staff ruin his reputation! They actually deserve zero stars. 1 is too good.

I waited 55 minutes in the waiting room (with an infomercial for yoga playing again and again and again) that 55 mins doesn't include the 15 mins i was early. i get called in, update the assistant and wait another 36 minutes for the dr to come in. i'm pacing and playing candy crush when he comes in. he asks how it's going and i say just waiting. dr asked questions that i already answered at my first appt and on the paperwork that i HAD to have before my first appt. the ladies at the front desk were discussing 'no shows' when i came in, so there were less patients than expected and i wasted a good portion of my day because?? they double or triple booked? or maybe they had a cupcake snow ceremony during the time i was waiting. i don't know. i'm not pleased with the wait times. if i hadn't paid my copay i would have walked out. this is a very crappy way to run your office. next appt i'm turning off the lights and taking a nap. boo.
