I walked in on a Sunday, May 24th 2026, at about 1:00 PM, no one at all was in the waiting room…read more The receptionist asked if I had an appointment, I did not realize that one had to have "an appointment" at Urgent Care, I asked the receptionist if there was a wait and she said no but that there were had appointments every 15 minutes and she could "not guarantee" when I could be seen, even though again, the place was empty. In the midst of taking my insurance information, the phone rang and instead of asking the caller to hold so that she could finish just simply adding my info to the system (which I am sure they had due to this not being my first visit) , she took the call. She proceeded to talk with this call for about 10 minutes while I stood there waiting. Apparently, we was going to be sure I would not be seen due to, i(f there were indeed) "appointments every fifteen minutes" the next person was about to walk into the door. The receptionist had a terrible attitude from the time I walked in, this is definitely the last thing one needs to deal with when undergoing a sudden health issue. I had to interrupt her call in order to ask for my insurace card back so that I could go somewhere else that actually cared about their patients. Do better, Premier Health and perhaps try and find a bit more of a compassionate human being as your receptionist.

I saw Dr Khan 4 times every time the office was in shambles. The front desk is always had a disagreement with each other or the nurses in back. Horrible experiences. I walked in for stitches around 6:30 and walked out close to 8 Pm, all stitched up! The staff (this includes everyone I met there or even saw in the hallway) were so friendly and supportive. I told the person that was with me that I felt like I should be wearing a crown! Really, if you are in a situation where you need to be at a hospital, you owe it to yourself to try this just once. I promise you'll be leaving reviews extolling the virtues of this ER!

I have been a patient of Soin since the hospital was built. Soin has never let me down in any category and continues to be the number 1 hospital in Ohio. These nurses allowed me to feel unsafe that I discharge my self early after only 1 night stay from a major surgery. They refused meds that were prescribed to me while I was in extreme pain. They allowed me to remain in blood stained sheets the whole time and played mind games with what meds I was able to take when my charts showed clearly I was prescribed the amount I asked. I haven't even received an after care call since I left. I hope that they re train them proper care to clients this was a very emotional experience i hope no one ever has to encounter again. The evening nurses and the dr who did my surgery were excellent.. but those two day time nurses need to fix their attitude and behavior. It looks bad on the hospital.
