I have been a patient of Soin since the hospital was built. Soin has never let me down in any category and continues to be the number 1 hospital in Ohio. The Er Doctor, ER Nurses and my Urologist Eric Esponosa are truly the best in the practice. They put the patient's needs first and foremost and with ultimate respect. These nurses allowed me to feel unsafe that I discharge my self early after only 1 night stay from a major surgery. They refused meds that were prescribed to me while I was in extreme pain. They allowed me to remain in blood stained sheets the whole time and played mind games with what meds I was able to take when my charts showed clearly I was prescribed the amount I asked. I haven't even received an after care call since I left. I hope that they re train them proper care to clients this was a very emotional experience i hope no one ever has to encounter again. The evening nurses and the dr who did my surgery were excellent.. but those two day time nurses need to fix their attitude and behavior. It looks bad on the hospital.

They hooked me up with monitors and IVs. My comfort was top priority and concern. My nurses / assistants .... All the staff was an excellent crew. All very polite pleasant and very supportive to each other. Very informative and helpful to me. Wonderful lady doing the cooking! I never had the cook come in to ask about the food! Or if she could get me anything! Even the cleaning lady ask if I needed anything! Folks it does not get any better than this! I live in Washington c.h. 35 miles from Xenia 22 miles from Wilmington and 5 miles from Fayette Memorial. My Primary Dr. Is Dr. Sharett in Jamestown. My oncologist is Dr. O with Soin in Beaver Creek. Imagine if you will, your family member just took a prescription pill and is going into Anaphylaxis, you rush them to the ER, they go inside, you follow after parking your vehicle, but theres no one in the ER, no staff, no security, no patients, just you standing in an empty and locked up ER, they leave you there frantic and worried for around 10 minutes (people can die of Anaphylaxis in seconds, let alone 10 minutes), but when you finally find someone you better be cheerful when you ask why the ER desk has been unmanned, because when the nurse tells you to calm down, and that they weren't at the desk because they were checking your spouse in for treatment, you shouldn't tell them that they're just making excuses, you should kiss their ass and keep that smile up or have security called, because this hospital is the same as the rest, they insulate themselves from reprimand, and you'll get no resolution from reporting them. Oh, and their security likes to put their hands on people when they're leaving (like in my case), you can have your back turned to the incompetent staff, walking out the doors, and you'll probably get pushed from behind like i was.

I let them know that their website was down that their app wasn't working and asked if I could please schedule an appointment over the phone to see someone to which the receptionist told me she was not able to make an appointment for me over the phone because there are other people in the room waiting to be seen! how ridiculous is that for a response she claimed it was because they weren't allowed to discuss patient information over the phone like none of these people I've ever been to a doctor before or heard receptionist at doctors office speaking to other patients on the phone about setting up appointments give me a break. This is ridiculous. I feel like the person just didn't want to do their job.

NP or a PA comes in to the room and assesses your situation after asking a few questions with the answers you give them. Then out you go with a prescription if needed. It's so nice to have a facility like this. If I had called my doctors office it would have been a week or more before I could see the doctor. I highly recommend Premier Urgent Care.

It was my first time coming in, and i thought i couldnt be seen but when i called in Sidney got me scheduled for the same day "AMAZING SERVICE"! She reassured me of how everything would go and even went over some of the options the Dr. might have for me! I had a dent in my cheek from an acne scar that had started to get worse due to me personally doing everything possible to make it worse thinking im a dermatologist, but i explained that to her when i called in and she scheduled me right away! The visit went just as well! Gabby is also AMAZING and well informed and made me feel comfortable about the procedure before the Dr. came in. She is very friendly and made the visit much easier! Dr. Hickman is beyond professional and efficient! When i tell you i had zero pain during this procedure i am not lying.. i would not even give it a 1 on the pain scale. ( the procedure i had done was filler to help fill the scar and lift the skin and overtime potentially help collagen start building back in the area) I am no longer ugly and back to normal. The receptionist and assistant were both abrasive and unwelcoming, but the dermatologist herself was by far the worst part of the experience. (Dr. Martha Hickmann) During the exam, she SCRATCHED my mother's irritated skin with her bare fingernails while examining the area. Not only was this incredibly uncomfortable, but it also felt completely unsanitary and unprofessional. There was no warning, no gentleness, and no respect for basic bedside manner. Her overall attitude throughout the appointment was shockingly condescending. Every question we asked was met with snarky, dismissive responses as if we were stupid for asking normal medical questions. When my mother asked about potential scarring from a procedure, the doctor sarcastically replied, "Every surgical procedure causes a scar," in a tone that was clearly meant to belittle rather than educate. Instead of offering reassurance or a thoughtful explanation, she acted irritated that she even had to answer. The entire appointment felt rushed and careless. Rather than explaining anything clearly or showing confidence and expertise, she seemed to just throw random possibilities around without much insight or certainty. It genuinely felt like guessing rather than informed medical care. What made the experience even worse was how physically invasive and disrespectful she was. She repeatedly put her hands on people without asking, handled irritated skin aggressively, and showed absolutely no awareness of patient comfort whatsoever. There is a massive difference between being direct and being rude, and this office crossed that line repeatedly. We left feeling uncomfortable, dismissed, and honestly upset by how unnecessarily demeaning the entire interaction was. Traumatic and negative experience, crying for several hours!!! I never got Help here!! I felt discriminated, for being Bi-Racial and for being an older female patient! Shame on them!! I felt dis-respected because they did not want to work today, being a Labor Day Weekend holiday, coming up!! I thought the Labor Day holiday began after midnight on Friday! Labor Day Weekend coming up and no one has the moral kindness and professional integrity, to help me, at all!! I have been there before many times, and no issues, except today, with Ms. Missy and with Ms. La Tara, an LPN, Office Manager there! Missy and La Tara gave me the most negative and most dis-respectful experience, as I am a Medicare/Health Springs, Senior Citizen! I am a human being!! I never met them before!! Ms. La Tara, office manager, gave me a 10 dollar gas card,for reimbursement for me for my gasoline, used for this traumatic trip to them today! I wanted to be seen by a Doctor today and not be traumatized and dis-respected as a Senior Citizen! I went on Thursday, September 3, 2026, in person, to the Reception Desk, to get an appointment, for a Dog Bite/Attack, (Dog Bite happened in April 2026, I was experiencing new pain in that area, of my Hamstrings, back of left leg, where the German Shepherd, loosed, a next door neighbors dog, neighbors dog bit me, and for the last 3 days losing sleep, and having pain, day and night in that area of the past big violent neighbors dog bite/attack! The Receptionist explained to me that my usual kind Provider was not available, and would not be back till September 14, 2026, So, the desk receptionist (The Receptionist Trainer and experienced Receptionist) told the newer Receptionist, find her another Provider, and they gave me, an appointment for Friday morning, at 0915 AM, September 4, 2026, with a new provider: a Dr. Soto. Missy, the intake health care worker was rude and aloof and said that she would need to go get the office manager: Ms. La Tara, involved for this appointment! Why? I felt that this being Labor Day weekend, every one there was only concentrating on their long weekend of fun! I have always been professional and kind and polite always! Ms. Missy and Ms. La Tara decided on their own that they would not see me today, WHY? They were rude and not professional to me! I told them that we drove from Xenia, Ohio, in heavy traffic, for this early morning appointment, with Dr. Soto! I never saw Dr. Soto, and I never got Medical attention!! Ms. Missy and Ms. La Tara LPN, said I go do Physical therapy or go to the Emergency Room!! We cannot afford the Emergency room cost and the distance and the gas and very long waits for going to the emergency room! Also, I had this appointment with them today, Sept. 4, 2026 ! I have been going there for a while and felt more comfortable there, until today!! How did these two people: Ms. Missy and Ms. La Tara LPN, have such power and authority to decide that I would not receive medical help today!~I am in excellent health otherwise, just wanted a Doctor, to help me with my old dog bite (Back in April), with the recent shooting pain in that area of my leg!
