They never made me feel like I was a bother to them and always inquired if there was anything I needed to feel more comfortable. When I called the nursing staff for assistance to use the restroom or medication they came immediately! I felt as if I had my own nurse! I continuously has warm blankets and water provided. The food was fabulous, restaurant quality ordered a la carte! Physical therapy staff was very curteous and professional and showed concern for my limitations, pain and the needs of the environment I would be going into. I am very impressed with this facility!

Even if I did had a primary care physician, I highly doubt I would get an appointment in a reasonable time-frame or one that is convenient for me. I have used Urgent Care of West Chester about 3 times in the last 10 years, which isn't much, but I can always count on them. As of today, I have had a chest cold for 1 week and my ear started hurting. Sooo...off I went! I can walk-in to Urgent Care of West Chester any day of the week, fill out paperwork, see the doctor, get a prescription if necessary, drop it off at my pharmacy and be back home with my butt on my couch, ALL within 1 1/2 hours. They are fast, friendly and ready to help you as soon as you walk in the door! Their paperwork is one sheet...ONE LITTLE SHEET! Can you imagine?! Oh, I LOVE it! Thank you Urgent Care of West Chester! This Bronchitis is about to get its butt kicked!

Sometimes on the phone they seem to be rushing, but when you are in front of them, they take such good care. Dr. Huang is absolutely worth the 30 minute drive from my home. He is focused, answers questions and concerns with compassion and clarity, and asks good follow up questions so you don't leave feeling like you have missed something. It's awesome. Bob, hands down, is a treasure. Every single time I have needed an immunization, flu shot, or blood drawn, this man has been positive, caring, and gentle. He practices painless precision and as someone who would rather eat glass than get a needle in my arm, I can say he has never been impatient or whoopsied and caused pain. He just gets in. Plus, with his beard, he looks a little like Santa. It is a wonderful practice with good people. If you are looking for a PCP, I cannot recommend them higher.

I was recommended to Dr. Metz's office for consultation and allergy testing, I was quickly scheduled. I was immediately greeted when I walked into the office by the receptionist and she efficiently double checked my information and I only had to update one form for them (excellent!). I was called back within 5 minutes, basically enough time to fill out the form - seriously :-) !! My nurse was super nice and explained everything that was going to take place for my appointment. Dr. Metz came in and spent a significant amount of time with me going over my history and finding out what kind of problems I was having. She then explained what the allergy testing would consist of. My nurse came back in, and again took the time to explain the testing and asked if I had any questions before we began. The actual testing was quick and painless, there are no needles involved - it's just a skin scratch now - bonus- I suppose! After all that, Dr. Metz came back in and again, spent another significant amount of time with me going over the results and a plan of action. I never once felt rushed or that they did not have time for me. It really feels like they cater to their patients. I am so happy, I definitely recommend Dr. Metz and her staff if you are having any kind of allergy, sinus or asthma problems! They so totally rock!

am very disappointed with our experience at Children's Hospital in Liberty Township. We arrived…read morearound 11:00 PM on Saturday because my daughter was having an asthma attack and was struggling to breathe. We were checked in quickly around 11:15 PM, but then we waited in the waiting room until 3:00 AM before being called back. Even after that, we did not see a doctor until around 6:00 AM, and my daughter's asthma was getting worse while we waited. I want to be clear that the nurses and receptionists were wonderful. They were kind and helpful, and I appreciate their work. However, I was told there was only one doctor covering the entire emergency room. When I asked about the delay, I was told there were many sick children and that younger children, including babies, needed to be seen first. I understand that babies and other children can have serious emergencies, and I am not questioning that. My concern is that there should be enough doctors available to safely care for all the children who come in needing emergency treatment. When a child is struggling to breathe, waiting for hours to see a doctor is frightening and unacceptable. We also could not easily go to another hospital because the nearest alternative was about 20 miles away. I am grateful to the nurses and receptionists, but the lack of adequate medical staffing and the long wait have left me deeply disappointed. No parent should have to sit for hours worrying about their child's breathing while waiting for medical attention. I hope hospital management takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure children receive timely emergency care.
