I absolutely love this hospital and highly recommend it. Every time I choose to come here which I always do I am great at what the most wonderful kind people. As I came in yesterday a young woman greeted me with open arms made me feel so much better about coming. Following her was the most kind-hearted young man I really loved having him as my nurse.. and then I had a doctor that was so knowledgeable and kind really made my experience wonderful and I knew that the wisdom they gave me was very helpful for me going forth I don't believe I will ever choose a different hospital at any given time they are the best here read more

They do treat you better than other's. But I wasn't happy I went to the ER because of my chest. It blows out like a ball & it looks like it's sinking in at my Solar Plexus. The pain is ungodly. They did all kinds of test X-ray CT Scans. They say they don't see anything but you can see it with your own eyes on my body. I asked for a simple drink of water told them I was dehydrated my legs were cramping up. I was there for about 4 hour's even after all the test they never gave me a simple drink of water. They didn't even give me anything for the pain or something to help me sleep to deal with the pain. So it hurts me to say this they failed and I'm giving them a bad review thanks for nothing. read more

I was there for a neck injury and a concussion. They diagnosed me with both of those, but they also diagnosed me with something that they don't have the license to diagnose me with "marijuana abuse." I have a psychiatrist that knows I buy LEGAL Delta 8 carts from a smoke shop. I will gladly show the box and I almost brought it to show them because I had a feeling they were going to pull this bs again. This isn't the first, second, or third time they misdiagnosed me. They once told me my pancreas was failing, then I went to actual Kettering hospital and THEY took care of me. Middletown has also misdiagnosed a stomach ulcer. Do not waste your time at the Middletown one, Kettering Health is amazing. The one in Middletown is not though. I've had ups and downs there, some of them are helpful but I've had quite a few bad experiences there. read more

Hospital is far superior to any in the area I had a virus on Saturday went to the emergency room and was admitted Sycamore Hospital with in 2 hours was seen by the emergency room doctor within 15 of arriving at the er. The staff was very professional and caring. read more

Convenient location for family practice appointments, lab work and imaging. I have had both a CT and ultrasound at this location and had a positive experience with both. Additionally, the registration process was quick and easy. It's nice to have smaller facilities located close to home. I appreciate that the facility is clean and organized as well. read more

It was great! The staff was professional and caring as was the EMTS and Firemen. I was hurt and scared and everyone was so compassionate.
