They offered to re-do it and then when I came to pick it up- completely missed again. This process was repeated 3 times over 3 weeks. Finally when I went to pick it up and the stain was addressed, they scrubbed it so hard that there's almost a hole in the shirt and the shirt was worn once when I dropped it off. No apology or ownership taken at all throughout the process by staff. Save your frustration and go somewhere else.

Given my experience over the past few years including significant delays in the return of my daughter's wedding dress after preservation, as well as the damage to this vintage coat I would advise others to use extreme caution when considering this company. When I brought in the coat, I clearly informed the attendant that it was vintage leather. I was confident in this, but the attendant argued that it was faux leather after briefly inspecting it. I explained that, given the age of the coat, I did not believe faux leather would have been used at that time. Despite this, she insisted it was not leather and assured me it could be processed through standard dry cleaning. Based on her confidence, I trusted her judgment, although I was asked to sign a waiver prior to service. A week later, I was contacted and informed that the coat had been damaged during the dry cleaning process. When I returned to discuss the situation, the attendant acknowledged that the coat was, in fact, leather and admitted that sending it to a leather specialist would have prevented the damage. Despite this, I was told they had attempted repairs through their seamstress and that I would be responsible for the cost. I requested to speak with the owner, Forrest Ward, and was told he would contact me. After waiting over a week and leaving follow-up messages, I did not receive a response. Instead, I was later contacted by a manager who informed me the coat could not be repaired. During that conversation, responsibility was shifted onto me, citing the condition of the coat rather than acknowledging the improper cleaning method. Overall, I found the handling of this situation to be unprofessional and lacking accountability. As a long-term customer, I expected better communication, ownership of the mistake, and a reasonable resolution. As of 03/07/26 I still have not had my coat returned to me. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dry cleaning company.

After multiple phone calls just to get the manager to call me back and follow up, she said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the owners and that is still yet to happen four days later. I would give them a B on quality. The necks of the collared shirts always look incredibly shoddy. Clothes are not getting spun out and had to redo the entire load at the same place which was still not functioning correctly. Replace machines and do redo . The young lady working is trying very hard to accommodate customers but not her fault she just works there. Very sweet and helpful. Horrible customer service. Brought my wife's brand new north face jacket in to have it cleaned…read more They burned the material in several spots. They ended up fixing the burns and then upon picking it up stated that unless we had pictures of it prior then they can't be at fault. Though they fixed it for free which was good. The owner stated that these burns were from a seatbelt and our fault. The jacket was brand new. The owner then tried to argue that she also owns the same jacket and that it's $200 not $250. We paid $250 before tax and have the receipt to prove it. Just because she allegedly paid a different price doesn't mean we did not. I have no clue why she would argue such stupid details. I am glad it was fixed but the owners input and response and deflecting the blame was uncalled for. YOU burned a brand new jacket that's why you fixed it. The jacket was flawless before we brought it to you. I will never recommend anyone going to this location. The other location is much better. Stay away from the 14th street location as the owner has zero social skills and cannot accept blame for the damage they caused. They are lucky they were able to fix it because they would be forced to buying us a new jacket. Unbelievable experience.
