I've been a customer since I moved to Bentonville 8 years ago. Nothing short of excellent customer service and quality care the entire time.

Horrible customer service. Brought my wife's brand new north face jacket in to have it cleaned. They burned the material in several spots. They ended up fixing the burns and then upon picking it up stated that unless we had pictures of it prior then they can't be at fault. Though they fixed it for free which was good. The owner stated that these burns were from a seatbelt and our fault. The jacket was brand new. The owner then tried to argue that she also owns the same jacket and that it's $200 not $250. We paid $250 before tax and have the receipt to prove it. Just because she allegedly paid a different price doesn't mean we did not. I have no clue why she would argue such stupid details. I am glad it was fixed but the owners input and response and deflecting the blame was uncalled for. YOU burned a brand new jacket that's why you fixed it. The jacket was flawless before we brought it to you. I will never recommend anyone going to this location. The other location is much better. Stay away from the 14th street location as the owner has zero social skills and cannot accept blame for the damage they caused. They are lucky they were able to fix it because they would be forced to buying us a new jacket. Unbelievable experience. read more

Terrible service by manager or owner...not sure who she is...cannot take fault in any way for messing up my $250 north face jacket. After I dropped off the jacket to her and allowed her AMPLE amount of time to work on it she called and literally yelled and argued with me that she would not be replacing the jacket no matter what. She did not follow care label, I am not a dry cleaner, and the jacket even said wash in washer. She took it and literally messed up the material. After receiving it back in actually good condition (because I gave her so much time and she was determined to not replace my jacket) I was complimentary telling her how pleased I was and she continued to put the blame on my "seat belt" being the reason the material was bad when I hadn't even worn it out of the location when it was originally damaged. Very rude and defensive service, not shocking the rating is so low. Going to Old Town Dry Cleaners from now on. read more

Very very unimpressed with this location. I've been going there for 3 years or so and hadn't had a problem until a few months ago. I brought my husband's suit in for a cleaning and when I got it back the pants were ruined! I brought them back to try to see if they could fix it, and after 3 attempts and no resolve they told me the only trying they could do was send the pants in to be analyzed to see what the stain was for $50. Why would I pay $50 for your mistake?! The first time I brought them back they told me they must have gotten some chemical on it. Then they said maybe the hanger got something on it. The third time they said it was my fault and that it was my husband's sweat and they couldn't fix it. The spots are behind the knees. If it was sweat it should be in the armpits, neck, lower back maybe?! Nothing there. Very angry about a ruined suit, and even more mad about the lack of resolve or compensation when THEY ruined it. I was using another local chain, but they always knocked my buttons off and their level of starch varied each week. Been using M'Pressed for about 6 months now. No broken buttons (at least that I've seen) and the starch level is consistant every time. No real complaints other than they don't open until 6:30am and close at 6:00 pm. Other service I was using opened at 6 and closed at 7. read more

I'm done with this place. I have been a customer for 5+ years. Customer service has never been great, but this evening they called me to bring back some clothes "that I had taken". I took the $40 of cleaning that they gave me and apparently they added two items that were t mind. I offered to bring them back in the morning, but that wasn't sufficient. I had to turn around and bring them back in rush hour. What's an extra 20 minutes out of my day anyway! Good luck! read more

Well, it all started out great! But I'm no longer a impressed with M'press...... The customer service of one lady kept me coming back, but the actual dry cleaning sucked. On consecutive visits, my husbands work blazers, pants, and button downs had an awful chemical staunch to it and the pits still smelled like his deodorant. Can we say lazy workers?? Then I brought it to their attention that it was not clean, they told me I'd have to pay again. Negative!! The nice lady who charmed me with her genuine concern for the customers got me taken care of by not recharging me for their mistake. On other occasions, I've had wrinkled shirts come back, brand new clothes go in returned with stains?!?! Their posted Saturday hours are 9am-2pm, I showed up today at 1:58pm to pickup my clothes and was met with sneers and an eye roll. Have been brining my clothes here weekly. Time to find a new dry cleaners. If you don't want to be open until 2pm, change your hours. read more

M'Pressed Cleaners 2410 SW 14th St Bentonville, AR 72712 (479) 464-9196 I took my husbands cashmere sports coat in. I specifically asked if they could handle that type of fine fabrication. The Associate called the Manager who said yes they could. No they could not after all. They ruined my husbands cashmere sports coat and have done nothing to try to address this issue. I have been in the dry cleaner several times trying to reach the Manager. I have left my phone number. I have not been contacted. I will never again use this unprofessional facility. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I am letting every blog I can find know of this issue. read more

I sold a shirt online and it had a tiny mark on it so I took it to have it dry cleaned well picked it up next day and spot was gone but there were 4 big black marks on it and they just handed it to me like no big deal. I told them these 4 marks were not on here when I brought it in. She said she could have it redone and I went and picked it up next day and it still had same marks. So once again she said they could re do it and nope still had marks. 5 days, still messed up from them and I lost the sale. The girl said she couldn't give me a refund that the lady would call. No call, no refund, and it still had 1 stain from them so I just took it and left. I wouldn't go there again even if I had free dry cleaning. Horrible place, and it cost me a lot of money. read more

DON'T USE M'PRESSED CLEANERS!!! If you value your garment at all do not use them. I took a white dress and jacket piped in black to have cleaned. The only thing on the jacket that needed cleaning was makeup around the neck. The dress had a spot on it. When I went back to pick it up they said the jacket was not ready. They "said" there was a spot on it and they were having trouble getting it out. I can tell you there was no spot on it when I took it in. I don't know if perhaps someone handling the garment might have dripped something on it or not. I went back the next week and it still was not ready. Another week went by &I went in this time they had the jacket. When I got it home and went to hang it with the dress it no longer matched the dress but was yellowed because of using so much cleaning fluid. Upon closer examination, on each side of the jacket there was a yellow circle that could be seen where the cleaning fluid had circled the garment. I took it back and the girl attending the desk said she could see the circles as well. She told me that I would need to take it back to the location where they cleaned. I took it in and the attendant at this location also confirmed that she could see the circles. She said she would take it and talk to the manager and she would call me. She never called. I finally went back (more than once) trying to catch the manager. When I finally did, she said she wanted to send the garment off to "analysis" and she would call me. They had this garment for at least three months while I was trying to get something done. When the garment finally came back they had a letter which said that the circles were due to either soda beverages, tea, coffee, beer, wine or fruit juice. This is a dressy garment that I only wore when we went out. I have for some years now (because of diet restrictions) drank only water with lemon. The simple truth was that they had ruined a $250.00 outfit and felt no responsibility at all to the customer. I don't know about you but I don't like dealing with a problem that should never have happened for three months and they do not even offer to give back the cost of cleaning. I have never had to rate a company before but if I could keep one person from experiencing this absolute lack of responsibility it was well worth my time. BE WARNED!!! read more

We had some drapes that we used in a rental house. They were covered in pet hair and I wasn't sure they could be cleaned at all. They assured us it would be "no problem!". I then got a call saying they'd have to wash them instead and that might shrink them. Ok, well I wasn't sure they could be saved anyway so go for it. They said they would be done that Friday. We went Friday to pick them up to find out "oh...they're not done at all..well let you know". I waited another week and a half and called just to get an update. What happened next was stunning. The lady started yelling at me telling how hard they were to clean and that they're DOING THE BEST THEY CAN and then proceeded to tell me "YOU KNOW YOU'RE NOT OUR ONLY CUSTOMER!!!!". UMMM OK..I had to keep assuring her I was simply calling for an update. She kept yelling at me. It's now been well over a MONTH, they haven't called and I'm not ABOUT to call them and incur the wrath AGAIN! At this point we've had to do something else because we rented out the house. I have never encountered a business that was so rude and uncalled for in my life. I'm sure I will never see the drapes again. I understand if they couldn't be saved and made that clear from the beginning. At least just TELL ME THAT and don't YELL at me and tell me I'm not their only customer. I never thought I was. If you couldn't do it just tell me and I would have understood and just come and picked them up. BEWARE if you go here!!! You won't get honesty or service! read more
