I arrived around 5:20pm on a Thursday to pick up photo order. I had called about 10 minutes prior…read moreto check the status and was told it was being printed. I don't remember who I spoke to on the phone. When I arrived, no one was at the photo counter. I had had to press the call button. An announcement went off about 3-4 times before someone came. The employee was Jhazmyn, who was friendly. I was told my order hadn't been printed yet... She then proceeded to do so. While waiting, a lady came to get her order. She mentioned that she received an email that it was ready, but it wasn't. Jhazmyn started printing her order while mine was printing on a different machine. I had 6 posters total and 3 were done by 5:40pm. Jhazmyn told me around that time that I was told the machine was cleaning itself. My stuff didn't finish until about 5:50pm. Needless to say I was late to work and this was something I needed for work. I was extremely annoyed because why tell people their order will be ready in an hour when it's not. Why send people emails that their order is ready when it hasn't even been printed. Most importantly, why tell me you're starting the printing process while I'm on the phone with you and I get there and you didn't. That's truly ridiculous. This location really isn't dependable all all. I will have to start using another location. They are not on point with the photo or the pharmacy.

Although I'm not a fan of self checkout, I would actually prefer it if this location did. Today, I had to stand behind someone who either forgot their Walgreens rewards number or they were signing up. This rare time, I wanted to checkout myself just to scan my couple of items and leave. The cashier was nice and very patient with the lady before me. She was the same person who spoke to me when I entered the store and she was polite when I got to the register. I'll definitely come back to this location.

While the experience of trying to book and change appointments via Walgreen's website was not pleasant, the onsite experience for my shot was a well-organized process at the pharmacy. I was in and out in about 30 minutes (with my 10-minute post observation time included). They easily identified what paperwork I needed to fill out and the pharmacist administering the shot was helpful with any questions and made the experience painless. With that said, this is one of the only places of it's kind in a fairly large and expanding part of the county, you may have to have a little more patience and grace when getting your prescription filled. Just take a look while standing on line at the pharmacy, there are prescriptions filled overflowing from the shelves. The one "complaint" is the drive thru that is shared with prescription pickup AND Covid testing. The Covid testing is taking up time/space in the drive thru. I know we don't want people with Covid in our store, but we also don't want potentially very sick people having to traipse past us shopping, to the back of the store to pick up meds because the drive thru is too long. There is a double drive thru at this location, I wish they could figure it out. The pharmacist has been very responsive as far as notifying me about potential drug interactions and the tech was very helpful when I panicked because my blood pressure was very high and the blood pressure pills I needed weren't in their delivery. They were able to get me some pills to get me through. I deeply appreciate this location for the location and the care provided by the pharmacy staff. The friendliness of the front of store staff is also very appreciated.
