This would be very helpful to know in advance of arrival to choose another food item and avoid any delays especially if you're on a tight schedule. Hopefully someone from management reads this and makes improvements. It's really a poor service experience for a business with such great potential.

There are 2 separate rooms here - to the left is a dining area with booths and tables, and is fairly well sized, especially for this type of grocery/grill combination. The seating is worn, but functional, and there is wait service there - just be sure they know you are there. The menu is fairly broad, and easily understood. The grocery/grill is to the right, and is rather small and cramped feeling because there are grocery items crammed in everywhere. The grill area is small as well , and is at the back left of the area. If you want your food to go you head there to place your order. There is a small steam table setup with 5 or 6 daily specials, and there was quite a bit of take out activity with these items, even in the relatively short time I was there. I came for the tacos because of Michael P's very favorable review (but I'll try some of the other items, for sure), and tacos it was. I ordered 2 Al Pastor and 2 Carne Asada ($5.99) - the usual meats are available here, as well. In 5 to 10 minutes, I had my tacos, along with both the house made red and green hot sauces, and was on my way. These are excellent tacos (far better than most), fresh tasting & very well seasoned, though there was no discernible pineapple in the Al Pastor tacos. It had turkey, shaved parmesan, marinated cherry tomato, house-made Caesar dressing, onion, and romaine lettuce in an 8" sandwich roll. It was a little pricey at $15, but it was worth the splurge. The dressing and parmesan cheese were unbelievable! Since this is in downtown Greensboro, there is no dedicated parking lot but we easily found street parking nearby.
