The check-in procedure at the Walmart Auto Care Center in Franklin, OH is the worst. I brought my…read morecar in one Saturday morning to have a tire replaced and to get an oil change. The line at the counter was about 5 customers deep. One person (Joe) was checking in customers and moving about as slow as I've seen any customer service person move. I noted the time (10:20am) and called my wife who was waiting for me in her car in the parking lot. Based upon the length of the line, the speed (or lack thereof) of the guy at the counter, and my past experiences, I told my wife that I predicted that it would be 30 minutes before I would be done checking in. After about 10 minutes waiting in line, Joe asks another employee to work the counter while he goes to lunch. The new guy takes over and unfortunately doesn't move much faster than Joe. Finally, I reach the counter and check in for my service. While the counter person strolls out to my car to inspect my vehicle and get my mileage, I look at the clock, realize that I've waited in line for exactly 36 minutes, and I caution everyone behind me that I waited in line for over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, this location only had one model tire in stock that fits my car. I'm questioning my sanity because the discount prices at Walmart don't make up for the value of the time that I wasted waiting in line just to check in. It's obvious that Walmart doesn't care about customer service when it comes to their Auto (Don't) Care Customers. If they really cared, they would assign a few people to work the Auto Center counter, especially on Saturdays. They should also look into streamlining the check in process. It takes way too long for the Walmart person to walk out to inspect each vehicle and record the mileage. Just ask each customer to note their own mileage and skip the unnecessary inspection. No other auto service center does an inspection while I'm waiting to check in.

I purchased 4 tires on Walmart.com and took them to this store to have them installed…read more I called the auto center on Friday and I was told they're not taking appointments and it will be first come first served and that I should get there as early as possible. On Saturday, I arrived at Walmart before they opened, there were 6 people ahead of me, waiting at the auto center door. When they opened we went in and formed a line to the counter, quite a few people came in for service after me. Of the 6 people ahead of me, 4 were having tire service. When I got to the counter and explained what I was there for, I was asked if I was dropping my vehicle off. I told them I was going to wait. I was then told it would be 3 to 3 1/2 hours because there were a few people ahead of me. That was ok with me. It was 48 degrees outside and no place to wait inside the store so you have to walk around the store or wait in the parking lot, I chose the lot. After waiting 5 hours and my vehicle was still untouched, I asked when my tires would be installed and I was told it would be 2 hours or more because there are 3 people ahead of me. I didn't fail to notice that all the people who got in line behind me were already gone home with their cars finished. I asked how it went from a 3 hour wait to 7 hours. The answer was "I don't know, I just bring the cars in. I can give your keys back if you don't want to wait". The 7 hours turned into 8 hours sitting in a Walmart parking lot to have 4 tires put on a vehicle because the employees are incompetent and pathetic. All they could tell me was they don't know why. I can't imagine purchasing tires from Walmart or going to a Walmart auto center ever again.

Didn't hear anything so I called the store. Turns out, the store had zero inventory of the ordered items. Most companies have the ability to read inventory quantities at individual locations from their websites. (Eg, Home Depot, Menards, etc.) So now I have to cancel the order and make sure they finally process a credit for the phantom sale.

We called 41 Seven Off Road and were told by Jimmy to call the manufacturer. We called them and were on the phone for an hour and finally they sent us to an authorized dealer. Both the manufacturer and authorized dealer said the top was installed improperly. Manufacturer will not cover warranty and 41Seven Off-road says it's not their fault. And we are stuck with a top that doesn't work...and out $3000. Now you know why I gave them a one. 04/14/2025. Issue has been resolved.

I took my 2003 Jeep Wrangler to this shop in need of extensive frame repair. They inspected the…read morevehicle and determined the best way to go forward is to completely remove the rotted out sections and welded in new sections. They also offered to remove all of the rust from the frame and coat it with rust inhibitors. After giving me a price, I decided to move forward with the repair. In short summary, the work they did was very impressive. The frame looks fantastic and will hold for many years to come. I will admit, it seems like the repair was rushed at the end since they missed a few spots of rust, some patches of frame not painted, and a few other minor things. I called the shop after leaving a review stating these observations and I received excellent customer service. They picked up my vehicle the next day, fixed the mistakes, and even threw in an upgrade for my vehicle for free. In the end, I am a very happy customer. I highly recommend this shop for their excellent customer service, impressive work, and genuine transparancy on cost. I've never met a shop that treats you like family until 41Seven. For any repairs or advice, this shop delivers.

No biggie as I learned how to do the pads many years ago as an "I'm Too Cheap" effort to save money. OK, maybe not as an "I'm Cheap" but more like an "I can't afford a Brake Job". Hey, I had debts to pay. Anyways...walked into the Autozone on Heincke on Saturday, 12 Dec and discovered two things...1. It's been 7 years since I last did pads on this vehicle!!! and 2. My "old" pads were covered by a "Lifetime" warranty! Really? Well, accomplished the brake job in a T-Shirt...in December...in Ohio!!! Brought the old pads back to Autozone in the box the new pads came in and was given 1998 price ($32 and some change) back! Cash! No questions asked. Funny thing, the new pads only cost $31 so, not only did I get all my money back, I actually made a dollar! Went in for a catalytic converter issue to have them replaced when I got the truck back there was an air noise coming from underneath the passenger side, where the catalytic converters are. Went back to automotive two different times and they could not fix the problem.. This is on top of the fact after the first time I was there one of the mechanics backed my truck out of the garage and into a dumpster denting the back bumper. The owner after three times they could not fix the work that they did. that was $2800.
