They missed a small scuff on my bumper once and promptly got my car back in to resolve it. The pricing is always reasonable and service great. I thought it would be good for me to comment as I see they got a bad review here. I find that review to be completely off from my experiences so I'm not sure how valid it is... The brake caliper failed a day later and had to be towed back. Expectedly I was angry, flukes happen and I get it but the failure happened on a part that is responsible to my safety. Even though I lost my temper at Dalton, he didn't yell back rather kept his composure and said he would prioritize my issue. Later that day Ricky the manager from Foreign Exchange gave me a call back apologized and accepted responsibility for the parts failure at no charge to me. THIS!!! Is what I look for in a mechanic! Everyone makes mistakes but not everyone stands behind their work and makes sure that you have a good customer experience getting things right. I will continue to do business with Foreign Exchange because they prioritize professionalism, believe in the quality of their work and when things go awry they warranty their work instead of putting the onus back on you.

I brought my car in because the airbag light turns on after moving the passenger seat. They scanned…read morethe car, confirmed there was an airbag issue, but offered no real diagnosis or fix. They recommended replacing the battery, charged $150 for it, and wanted another $150 just to install it. I declined the install and later confirmed that replacing the battery did NOT fix the airbag issue, making the recommendation unnecessary. They also suggested the airbag issue might be a recall, which they could have easily verified using my VIN--but it was not a recall. I also asked them to look at a rear leak and was told to pull a drain plug and then referred to a body shop because they didn't know how to fix it. I paid $120 for diagnostics and walked away with no solutions. Unfortunately, this shop has gone downhill over the past few years, declining from a great place to one with weak diagnostics and questionable recommendations. Customers who aren't car‑savvy could easily overspend here. I won't be back.
