Smoothies are good, but I may have to stop coming here. Walked in today with no one in sight, thinking maybe it was closed. I walked slowly up to the register hoping someone would hear me and I hear "Hello". While I was ordering my drink, the boy and girl working were smirking at each other and making the situation very uncomfortable for me. Mediocre smoothies but the closest thing to me in Pflugerville. A bit pricey and service always seems rushed to force you to make quick decisions on orders. Nice location, welcoming staff upon entry. Flavors are not mind blowing on smoothies compared to Jamba Juice and Tropical Smoothie But these are more to mimic protein shakes/smoothies. Not as healthy as there's A lot of sugar in these but if in the area it's worth trying. After that, move on. read more

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at Smoothie King today (06/07/18 Thursday).  The service I received was spectacular.  Each of the team members behind the counter were courteous to me.  They each had big smiles on their faces which definitely brightened my day.  The time I spent at Smoothie King was wonderful.   You have an amazing group at this location.  I love each of the team members and I would love to recognize each one by name but unfortunately I have not learned all of their names.  McKenzie, Lauren, Shaley and David (former employee) have each made a great lasting impression on me.  I apologize if I spelt any of their names wrong.  Management should take some time to thank each one of the team members at this location for their awesome customer service.  Please continue to shower them with appreciation because they deserve it.  Smoothie King cannot afford to lose any of these team members.  Thank you for all the tasty smoothies.  I will continue to stop by this location and spend my hard earned money on your smoothies because of the consistent excellent customer service.  I could get smoothies from anywhere else but I choose Smoothie King and choose this location because of the overall sweet experience during each visit. read more

Wow I wish I could give no star to this location because as I entered with my husband the two black girls who are supposed to be the face of the place didn't greet us! Instead one looked at us and turned away without a greeting and proceeded to talk about her nails with her fellow employee! They even made fun of my African accent! This is the worst service I have ever received in my life!! Their actions are not acceptable and give smoothie king a bad image and reputation! After my husband and i placed our order I asked can I add calcium to my drink and they looked confused about the question!! This location is pretty good. I usually get my order quickly and it's always correct. I've had a hard time using printed coupons there. If it's in your rewards app, you're golden. But if you bring in a printed coupons it's hit or miss. read more

She rushed us into ordering even though we were the only ones there. Have lots of attitude & eye rolls. Their Monday deal - $5 for any 32 oz smoothie - can't be beat! My kids and I love them too. Enough selection for everyone to get the fruit blend they like best. I do wish their menu included more fruit smoothies with spinach or kale in them for added nutrients. We've also never done any add-in supplements, etc. They are super busy on Mondays so the wait time after ordering can be long - instead call in your order and they'll have them waiting. read more

I wish I could give this location ZERO stars. I brought in a coupon that was labeled stone hill location and the cashier rudely advised me that they won't honor it. She acted as if she didn't want to be at work and then became argumentative when I presented my coupon. This is not my first visit to this location. The last two times I have visited this location, I've been spoken to rudely. There seem to be a lot of poor customer service skills floating at this location. I still purchased my smoothie despite her nasty attitude. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, because everyone is entitled to a bad day. So I didn't take it personal. Went in today and had no idea what I wanted, I asked what they recommend. Young man working today in the evening was really nice and he ask me a couple of questions based on what I was looking for, he the went ahead and made a recommendation. Best recommendation ever the smoothie was exactly what I was looking for. Great job to the young man working tonight, such great personality and great customer service. Sunday my family and I was headed back to Houston and decided to order smoothie king. We ordered 2 smoothies through the app about 20 min prior to arriving. Upon arrival only 1 smoothie was made. The workers said they ran out of peanut butter and tried to call us to inform us. We never received that call so they must have called the wrong number (we checked our profile to ensure the correct number was listed). They offered to make my smoothie a different way, give me different smoothie, or a voucher for "that location" for a free smoothie next time (I live in Houston so not an option). I was not interested in another smoothie and didn't want to change ingredients from the original smoothie I ordered (I tried the other option in the past and did not like it). I asked to just simply refund me for that 1 smoothie and the workers said we don't give refunds. They went on to say that the owner of this location "under NO circumstances gives refunds". That is absolutely ridiculous especially since it's their fault my smoothie can't be made with the original ingredients. I also had a friend with me and he wanted to try a smoothie with peanut butter, so when I told him they ran out he was very disappointed. The workers went on to say "they run out of peanut butter every week because the owner never orders enough". I ended up just ordering a different smoothie but I would have preferred to just get a refund. read more

Our first visit at this location just what they need with all the fast food locations (we missed having blenders in our town so this was great!!) It's a perfect meal and pick me up. Now for the service Excellent patient and friendly plus they told us about the reward savings app. The drinks were tasty, kids drink was perfect not sweet tasted like fresh strawberries we did end up putting in a sippy cup maybe something to consider as an added option. The reason for the 4 star was purely the set up when you walk in the entrance you order towards the back and it's a little narrow when you have a group of 6 with a child. we ordered online around 7:30 and it said out order would be to our house at 8:30 and when 8:30 rolled around the tracking still said it was at the store so we called smoothie kind and the girl on the phone was awful we asked who does their delivery, where our order is, if we can have a refund for the delivery part if we come pick it up and al the girl could say is I'm not sure to all of them... very frustrating read more
