Not only can I satisfy everyone's picky palates, I can fulfill my protein goals and keep the carbs (simple carbs of course, ha!) Low. And for those of you who are obsessive with macro counting like me, the macro count is clearly found on the label. These "healthy" meals are still tasty and love that they don't have that "preservatives frozen meal" taste. The meals are about $10 a piece but you're paying for convenience as well as "healthy". Health is wealth. Healthier foods are always going to be more costly. You have the option of delivery but why pay the extra fee when they have so many locations to pick up from. Can't make it during their hours of pick up? No problem. Just shoot them a message and they make it convenient for you. Oh and the lovely little boxes the meals come in? Reusable! So if you ever decide to get into meal prep yourself, (good luck with that! Lol!), you can save these little boxes for that or use them as left over containers for your relatives at the holidays.

One casually dropped an F-bomb after telling me that I needed to end a call with my elderly mother who was just trying to find me in the store before she would process my return. Thankfully, Chelsea, the Whole Foods manager, completely turned things around. She was kind, apologetic, and explained that the Amazon Returns operation is managed separately from the Whole Foods grocery team. Even though it wasn't her department, she took the time to make things right and provided outstanding customer service. The Amazon Returns team should probably remember they're at work, not at a social gathering.

This is twice now I've been here in 2 weeks that I've had terrible customer service. Not sure…read morewhat's wrong with the cashiers here but they do not smile or talk in a friendly manner. Today I went and the cashier, named Valerie on the receipt with the eyeball necklace, was speaking with a coworker in a happy tone and as I got in check out, she took her time getting to the register without once looking at me or saying hello but continuing to talk to her coworker. Then, when she was done with her cheerful conversation, her voice went full monotone. When I gave her my phone number for the 1st responder discount, the 10% was not applied either, and I didn't realize it until I left. It wasn't worth it at that point with the terrible customer service to even go back. After this visit, I stopped by McDonalds for a quick snack, and even the fast food customer service there was way better. Initially I was excited because they sell raw milk here. However, I may just have to go back to Chucks instead. I will give them a few more chances but honestly appalled of the service and this is 2 times in a row.
