SOOOOO GOOD! I love this place. I like it a lot better then Jamba Juice and every single smoothie I've tried I'm obsessed with! My favorites are pure recharge, berry punch, and Caribbean way! The immune builder is amazing for when you're feeling sick or have a cold. The workers are very helpful as well when trying to decide what smoothies would be best for you. I go here at least once a week and I'm so happy it is close to my house! If you live in the area it is a must especially post workouts and fridays when it is only 5$ for a 32 oz smoothie. I've been here a couple of times and ive only had one good experience. The first time the girl was amazing so helpful and informative. the other times the employees had such attitude like they weren't happy to be working there like they were miserable! Tonight I went there and Maddison had the worst attitude ever!! There wasn't a hello or a greeting at all just what can get you with a attitude! One of my favorite smoothie places with some of the best staff. Vegan Pineapple Spinach smoothie is amazing and delicious!!

This place is way overpriced but they have some good vegan smoothies and protein shakes. On Fridays they have the 32oz smoothies for $5 or Mondays it's 2 for $10 so I only go on those days. I usually get the Nutty Super Grain smoothie and add strawberries and chocolate, so good! Hit or miss on the service but it is never super busy and you can call in your order ahead of time which works out. read more

The girl at the mesa store actually asked me what I usually like at other places, educated me on the random healthy ingredients that I didn't know anything about and we landed on the Hulk. Me and my four kids just went to Smoothie King for the first time I got the smoothie of the week which was the watermelon hibiscus hydrator with strawberries which was so delicious and then my three boys got passion passport which was good pineapple surf which was by far the bomb the best and my little one got a kids strawberry blue gurt Blitz which was really good too..... the smoothies are super super thick and so good and what's even better is in the smoothies you can actually taste every ingredient that's in it I've had smoothies before that have three different fruits in it but it only taste like one of them these ones you can really taste the different fruits that are inside the smoothie I got a 32oz and then 2 20oz and a kids size and it came to around $22 bucks which isn't too bad especially for the sizes and how thick they are... out of all of them the pineapple surf was the best tasting one if you like sweet and the second-best is the watermelon hibiscus hydrator with strawberries.... we definitely will be back and it's so nice that it's literally 1 minute away from my house. read more

I am giving them a three because my kids liked their smoothies. I on the other hand the one paying absolutely did not. My guest and I ordered the lean mango smoothies. I asked the cashier if it was made with yogurt and he said "that it could be.". I looked at my receipt later and discovered that he charged me an extra dollar for each smoothie for the yogurt. I guess this is my fault for not asking but I think it was up to him to advise me. I have never written a negative review before about anywhere but this place, unfortunately, I feel deserves it. It was the first time ever visiting a smoothie king, i had just left the gym. I went inside to see a customer infront of me complaining calmly about the consistency of her drink and that she didn't like it. Instead of offering her a new one or suggesting something else the man behind the counter assured her aggressively that he'd made it correctly, he listed the ingredients and ratio. Now, I had been standing there un acknowledged, listening to their banter for about 10 minutes. I calmly suggested "hey man, why don't you just make her another one?" He looked at me and said "I made it 2xs already, I'm not making it again." So I kept my mouth shut, shot him a smile and waited. He walked over to the prep area after the other young lady took over the register and the other customers issue. Another customer asked him for a lid and made a joke. The man behind the counter didn't think it was funny. He said, looking down "and this girl needs to mind her business" "no one was talking to her". I said "hold on, are you talking about me?" he said "ya, mind your fucking business" I started recording, he calmed down of course, grabbed the phone like he was calling someone. He then said "you can go now" twice, and shooed me along. He then asked the other customer behind me very nicely "oh and what would you like maam" I walked out, immensely embarrassed. Even now I'm shaking. I got in my car and wrote to the email on their website, thinking maybe this could be handled internally and not publicly like how I'm doing now. I called another smoothie king on camelback in phx and the manager there was so kind and helpful. She offered free smoothies and smiles if I went and saw her. Later on that day the owner of the val vista location called me. She explained that the gentleman was fired and that she'd make my next visit much more pleasant. About 2 weeks later, I went in with my girlfriend after the gym, it was much more friendly. The girl went to the back to tell the owner I was here. The owner never came out to greet me, I ordered a large drink and she told me, "the owner said you can only get a free small one", I ordered my small smoothie, the owner still never came out, my girlfriend didn't even want one after that and we left. No follow up, no hello, no smiles, no apology... I wasnt going to write a review but the lack of human compassion and just plain, shitty customer service was insane. read more

My husband and I decided to give this place one more try yesterday after a not so great experience last visit. The employees at this location have such a attitude!!! My husband had a text for a free 20oz smoothie for his Birthday. There was instruction on that text to sign in on kiosk when we entered the store. When we entered the store my husband went to the kiosk, signed in, and got the next text for the free smoothie. It said on his phone "show this text to redeem your free smoothie". No barcode was there just the message saying show this text to redeem the free smoothie. The girl had a huge attitude and would not even take the time to look at the text. She also would not listen to us when we were explaining we just signed in on your kiosk and got this text. If this store is going to have these texts/kiosk things they need to learn how to work them. The first time we had a 2 or 3 dollar off coupon from that kiosk sign in thing and we were met with an attitude that time also. Please get your employees trained on that thing, and what it does, or don't have it!!!! If you don't like your job find another one! The attitude in this place is unbelievable.
