One thing I really like is how the drinks are all named after cities in Prince George's County. It's a small detail, but it shows his pride in the community and how intentional he is about putting PG County on the map. What I respect even more is how he gives back. He mentors young men in the community and has even hired some of his former students. I love seeing a business owner who isn't just running a successful spot, but also pouring back into the community in meaningful ways.

My mornings are tightly scheduled--I deal with health issues and go straight to teaching Pilates--so I rely on that order-ahead feature actually working. I arrived a few minutes after 9:00 and my order hadn't been made. After waiting, I went up to the counter and was told I "can't order the night before," which makes no sense because the app clearly allows it. I was asked for my name multiple times before they finally found the order, and then told they just hadn't made it yet. I ended up waiting again, and after another 10 minutes had to follow up a second time. The entire interaction was met with a dismissive, unprofessional attitude. At that point, what is the point of ordering ahead? If the system allows advance orders, they should be prepared on time--or at the very least handled professionally when there's an issue. I also work at a local Pilates studio and hear ongoing complaints about the customer service at this location. Unfortunately, my experience today matched exactly what others have been saying. Really disappointing.
