Just walked in to get a smoothie. Lights turned off, Counters were filthy with bread open, food everywhere. Not to mention with everything open the attraction of flies. Proceeded to wait for someone to take my order for about 5+ minutes. Two boys were making our smoothies. One going to use a previously used blender from idk how long. He noticed us watching him and cleaned it shortly after taking the hint. After finishing our orders they proceeded to walk back in the back, not cleaning any mess. Disgusting. The service was slow and my order wasn't correct. Sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes. The food wasn't up to par versus the other locations I have visited. They took so long on the order I didn't bother going in to correct it. I ordered a açaí cocoa haze , they gave me a smoothie bowl with coconut and not cocoa. Very disappointed read more

I came to the Smoothie King the other day and the service and the smoothie was great tonight after a workout. I decided I wanted a smoothie I showed up at 8:30 30 minutes before closing. I had done an online order and the lights in the store were completely off, when we arrived, we walked in to be greeted with an eye roll and asked me are "y'all trying to order" from the very back of the store. i told her we ordered online she says nothing and got the other girl to make it. My smoothie taste like spoiled fruit and is undrinkable. This was just disappointing because i'm a frequent Smoothie King costumer. read more

Best smoovie king I've ever been to. I told the girl I'm currently in a 38 waist and need to be in a 35 by 5pm that evening, she immediately went to work. Once I paid at the window, I was told I needed to pull forward and that my order would be out to me shortly. Luckily the hotel I was staying at was less than 3 minutes away, and was well stocked with charmin aloe vera. My order was exactly what I needed, a gut busting slurpee to get all that gunk outta system!! I will be spreading the word like wildfire to get all my friends to come see these fine people at smoovie king. Y'all Rock! I'm not a frequent customer so I'm not very familiar with the menu. i asked the friendly staff for help. I need protein and caffeine, I said. The young man offered me coffee. You mean I can put coffee in my smoothie? He said I could. Ok. Fine option, but I don't really like coffee. He said there is an energy boost add in with caffeine, so I said perfect, I'd take that. While the young woman was making my smoothie, I found energy boost on the menu. It did not list caffeine in the ingredients. In fact, it said, "stimulant free." I had a nasty headache, and I really wanted caffeine. I really should have asked to have had it remade at that point, but I was running late, and I guess my only option was coffee. The young woman handed me a giant cup with a smile, saying, "I made lots, so I put it in a big cup." I'm all for free stuff. but here is the thing. I had a gastric bypass 6 years ago and 20 oz is literally all i can drink. A 23 g protein smoothie is a great meal option for me, but not if it comes in 40 oz of liquid. I really only got half the protein I paid for before I had to throw it away. So I came in for protein and and caffeine. I got neither. Complete fail. Train your people better. I've never wrote a review on something but this place is so horrible I wanted everyone to know! Warning, it's long. Honestly, I would have done zero stars but it won't let you. I went through the drive through and waited at the box for 5 mins (I was on the phone so I could see how long it had been) I figured the box might not work so I pulled around to the window. The boy working the window asked why I didn't order at the box and I explained I did wait for five minutes but no one ever said anything (even a "hang on one second") so I thought it might not work. He responded with "yeah we're really busy". There was two cars ahead of me when I got in line who both got one smoothie and there was maybe two people inside (I will note there was four workers). He asked my order and took my payment. Then, a teenage girl walked to the window and asked me to pull around so I didn't block the drive through (there was a car behind me) I asked where she wanted me to pull to and she said "just pull to the side". Most fast food places do this if they are going to be a second to get your stuff ready, so it's nothing new to me. While I was sitting on the side the girl who told me to pull over opened the side door to get a box, so I know she saw me waiting. After I sat on the side of the building for 6 minutes waiting for my smoothie and I could see inside (no one was in there) and no one was in the drive through I wondered what was taking so long so I got out and walked in. When I walked in, the teenage boy who took my order and payment pulled a smoothie out of the freezer and tried to hand it to me. I asked if that was my smoothie and he said yes that I was supposed to come in to get it. I asked even though I went through the drive through, ordered, paid, and was told to just park on the side I was expected to walk in? He said "yes, I thought that was understood." When I asked why they don't bring it out if you ordered and paid in the drive through the boy said "yeah we don't do that here". So, I had to wait for the box, wait in the drive through line, then wait on the side of the building and I should have "understood" that I was supposed to walk in.. even though I ordered and paid in the drive through and was told to park on the side. Okay. The point is: If I was going to walk in I would have just done it from the beginning or at least tell me in the drive through that I needed to walk in but they just told me to park on the side and then stuck it in the freezer. Both the boy who took my order and girl who told me to pull to the side were very rude when they talked to me from the beginning. Even when I got the smoothie and said thank you when I walked out they just stared at me, it was all just rude. Long story short: horrible customer service!!!!
