I had every intention to buy from this establishment- as I have done in the past. Yet.....today.... was a completely different aura! The customer service personnel asked me to straighten my vehicle in their undressed parking lot( no lines to demonstrate parking spaces). No problem. I did so as I was rudely asked to do( the tone was nasty) Upon return into the establishment: when I attempted to address the fact that customer service comes first then address your facilities growth and needs to the customer... (Oh yes!!!!, you need the customers and your customer service must be on point in all aspects for further growth. ) To further emphasis in regards to the parking, there was no signs stating that your car must be paralleled, straight parked, horizontally parked and nor was there any lines in the lot demonstrating, how to park ? Nor was there no signs inside the Dr Juice Cleanse establishment stating you need to be neatly parked or no service. I was the only customer /me. ( I must mention again). I was not in violation of any laws of the land nor his establishment. The customer is always right!!!! So the owner proceeds to dispute and agree with his customer service personnel. Both stated that their lot can fill up in 5 minutes. Therefore, I choose not to discuss the issue any longer . I said, I only want to purchase and or leave and basically the owner asked me to leave ( by looking at the door). Which was/is fine too. I simply drove back by again and there was only one car in the lot, period! My suggestion is to have the proper stripes added to lot your and if the parking is a continuous issue do not take it out on your customers because the customers are the growth of a business!!!! We learn everyday! I wish you well. No harm done! The customer is always right!!!! I have given you a solution!!! All money is green! I will spend mine elsewhere, have a great day. read more

This place is a must try. I'm not vegan but they have the best vegan sliders in the world. I didn't even know it wasn't meat. The flavor is beyond describable. Their cookies are delicious also. They have a Juice Shop next door it's some of the healthiest juice. Definitely recommend going by and supporting. read more

Just what Lynch Street needed! I graduated from Jackson State in 2017 and I always had to go to the Smoothie King in Clinton or out by the stadium for a decent smoothie. I was so happy to see that the area now has a place for fresh smoothies, fresh juices, and organic cleanses. I went two mornings in a row. They don't have a smoothie menu, but you build your own smoothie. Have fun playing with the different options that they offer. I got the pomegranate base, mangoes, kiwis, and mixed berries, with strawberry yogurt. The largest size is about $10. They have multiple base options and different flavored yogurts. If you are in a rush or on a schedule I recommend calling it in about 15mins before you arrive as it can take longer than your typical drive thru. They'll be ready for pick up which is very convenient. The guy working the store was so nice and made sure everyone was taken care of. Most people were waiting the cleanses or wellness shots. Again, super happy this area has a new healthy food option. Definitely recommend stopping by if you are in the Jackson area. read more

IF I could give a negative star I would . This place is a joke and has horrible customer service. I purchased 6 Gallons of juice cleanse for $25 each Checkout price around $150. After checkout I assumed there was no additional cost then I received a shipping bill for $58.85 so I paid the bill on May 20th. After days of not receiving any shipping information or tracking number , I reached out via IG to Dr.JuiceCleanse asking for info. The owner got very upset that I reached out Via IG and basically said they refused the right to serve me and will refund my money simply because I made my experience public. As the customer I think these things should of taken place. 1. Company take responsibility for not keeping the consumer updated on the progress of the order . 2. I have patronized this place approximately five times. The juice shots and smoothies are great and initially I was excited to see a health conscious store in this neighborhood. However on at least two separate occasions, the manager spoke condescendingly to me and was oddly aggressive. Will not be returning here. read more

I was warn by a native of Mississippi not to buy anything off of Lynch St. that is that expensive and I should have listen. I order 10 of the juice cleanses which consist of the original flavor. I was told I was going to get some of the green diamond flavors on the house for my purchase but I didn't receive any. I finish my 2 weeks of the cleanser and decided to go another 2 weeks and this time I just purchase 5 of the green diamond cleanses which cost more then the original flavor. They recommend you pick up 2 juices every 2 days . It became very crazy and unorganized because when you are available to pick up they didn't have the juice ready. They constantly wanted you to call them and remain them that you were picking up your juice and it still wasn't ready when you get there. These people are very unprofessional and need some more training if receive any at all on how to run a business. 1st learn how to make your customers happy and it takes a little to make me satisfy but they couldn't get that right. All I wanted was my juices I had already paid for up front and they didn't accomplish that. I'm warning you like a friend warn me do not go there.
