Yesterday Tuesday I walked into look for a product, when I was told by an Employee that the store was closed. I decided to look around & ask for the product that I was going to purchase. However, I told th see that only took 1 or 2 out of his time & I also mentioned Business is Business". He stated,"He was on the clock until 7pm only". So, unprofessional, "He doesn't realize in the workplace you will be working many extended minutes ". read more

I am new to the whole powders and workout scene. The cashier/consultant Ragena was not helpful at all. She was on the phone the entire time, did not care to explain anything and kind of made me feel a certain way. Did not interact with me or make me feel like a new valued customer. Will not be going back. read more

Phones don't work-clerk said they had not in a long time-WHAT??? Who runs a business without a telephone?!! That was the first red flag!! Customer service was NON existent. According to the website, the item I needed was in stock. When I arrived at the store, the clerk laughed & stated that they hadn't carried that product in "like foreva" (her words.) No suggestion for a substitution or as to where I might be able to find it at another location. Craptastic service!! Never again!! Amazon had what I needed and I'll never go to the store again. Pathetic pathetic pathetic!! read more

Last-Minute Shopper? A Closing Employee's Nightmare... or So I Thought!…read more So, the day before, just hours before closing, I decided to check out this spot. I'd heard great things but never got around to surveying the land. From the moment I walked in, I loved the vibe. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, but as a newbie to the wellness scene, I was still undecided after about 30 minutes. Instead of pushing for a sale, the staff member offered me a sample of a CBD gummy based on what I'd shared with her. She encouraged me to try it out and come back if I liked it. That kind of compassion is priceless--especially in a world where some salespeople push so hard that you end up buying just to ease the anxiety. I went home, tried the gummy, and did a bit of Google research on what I'd taken. It lived up to all my hopes! So, I promised myself I'd return the next day after work. But work had other plans, and I barely made it to Green Heart before closing. Guess what? The staff was just as hospitable and patient as ever, despite the late hour. This time, I purchased the gummies! On a random note, the little doggy in the store was super happy to see me when I arrived, but when I was leaving, the doggy got a bit upset. I get it though--I'm a lovable guy! Great spot, great people, great products! This place definitely gets my FYE STAMP!!

As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a young woman named Alexis. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made the experience even better. Place was clean and ascetically pleasing. My mom chose the Watermelon Cucumber tea, while I went with the "Summer Lovin'" tea, which had a strawberry and coconut flavor. I actually liked my mom's drink better, but mine was still delicious. The price was about $8--comparable to what you'd pay at Starbucks. While still a bit pricey, the portion size made up for it, as we sipped on our drinks all afternoon while running errands and visiting the farmers market. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back to try the Peach Refresher, which was one of their top recommendations!
