Got a flat tire after getting a smoothie, Travis asked to help and made sure I was alright after declining. Finished putting my spare on and he got me an ice water. Great service and going above and beyond! read more

This used to be one of my favorite Starbucks location. However, they moved further down to a new building and Smoothie King opened here. I must say I'm not mad. Of course, it's nice and clean being that it's new and all. I was the only one there, so the service was quick. I was in and out. I had to try the Hydration Watermelon since it's seasonal. I enjoyed it. It's good to have yet another spot conveniently located. read more

This Smoothie King location is relatively new. The spot used to be a Starbucks a couple years ago. I am not sure when it changed. It is convenient to Medical City which is nice, but the parking there is a little bit of a mess. Just a little tight and kind of awkward to get back out on to Forest Lane. As for the smoothie....I am a big fan of Smoothie King in general, but I have been to this locations 2 times and both times the smoothies were more icy and less smooth than Smoothie King is normally. I thought the first time was a fluke but then it happened again a couple weeks later. Not sure if it is their blender or what. The people working there seem nice but they also seemed really busy and a touch overwhelmed the times I was there. Maybe the location in brand new and it is just growing pains. Judging by the crowds, there is definitely a demand for a smoothie place there. read more

This place is HORRIBLE, the whole team is just rude. I'm not sure who is the owner but they need to do better. They ignore you and start huffing and puffing when asked something. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, don't waste your time. My order was wrong twice. THIS IS PATHETIC, BUSINESS OWNER DO BETTER IF NOT SHIT THIS SHIT DOWN read more

Great service. Workers are friendly, fast, and very helpful. The smoothies and the food are delicious, a great pick me up after workouts.

Just literally came here and their employees were so rude and unprofessional. One girl was on her phone texting the whole time and act like I was bothering her when I asked her a question. And the other girl with the glasses was rude. I walked in smiled at her and she looked away, then as I got closer to the counter and spoke and said hi and she acted as if she didn't even want to greet me. I'm never coming back to this RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL location. The drink was okay but the employees were not They'd be better off putting robots at the counter then them. read more

Their smoothies are pretty good - I got one and swapped out the protein for vegan one and it was yummy and refreshing on a warm day.

The staff here is amazing. My little brother loved Smoothie King and would walk from my dad's house often as he couldn't drive. He had a brain tumor and couldn't speak easily and I watched them shout greetings like he was Norm walking into Cheers. They laughed with him and remembered his favorite order and even humbly brushed it off with a smile and shrug when I thanked them. One man in particular--maybe the manager?? was always fist bumping him and making him feel so good. It was the most impactful act of kindness. Small but HUGE. This place has great smoothies but even better humans. read more

I pre-ordered and it took a while, but the person helping made it so much better. I am a true believer that great service always saves the day. I also love how they have their souvenirs cup hanging as decorations. read more

From the moment I walked in the workers were super slow and disrespectful with a "what do you want" attitude and said that the drink I asked for didn't exist but it's always been on the menu lol. Two guys in there, still well over an hour before they close yet they were taking forever for 1 drink. Place is clean and drink is alright but the service is just too annoying to deal with. read more

I'm not a big smoothie guy, but I stopped in here after a haircut next door at Great Clips. they were for people working at the store when I walked in, and no other customers. The woman at the counter help walk me through when I was looking for and I ended up with a spinach pineapple smoothie. Sweet and tasty! As I was waiting on my order several other customers came in. Seems like regulars, since they ordered with confidence.... I'm like me. I really enjoyed my smoothie, but need to do more research on just how healthy this stuff is. read more

This location has the friendliest staff! Jeremy and Daisy are so great! The place is clean and has a welcoming vibe. Please give this location a visit! read more

Walked in today and Jeremy greeted me immediately. He took my order and we made some polite conversation as he made the smoothie. The drink was great and Jeremy was super friendly. Overall great experience - it's becoming more and more unusual to receive good service at a counter service place, so wanted to leave a review to acknowledge that. Keep it up. read more

Great new remodel and a friendly staff... valuable part of a healthy day! Also a number of snack options that are pretty EDIT: for a $10+ smoothie you just can't have the inconsistency of half filled smoothies that are super watered down. Some of the staff simply can't figure out how to follow blending directions. read more

the service was absolutely horrible, you can tell they don't want to assist you. I came here at 5:19pm asked for a Açaí bowl, lady said they don't have ANY of the ingredients, I told her she could make either one of the ones they do have she sarcastically said "uhm no we don't have any ingredients " . Horrible service, how do you not have any of the ingredient's but they do have ingredients to make a smoothie? Never again coming to this establishment until they hire better working people. read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. Like most things prices have gone up, except to pay upto pay between $7 - $10.

Weird vibe here staff wasn't friendly as other locations and they didn't get my smoothie right it was missing an ingredient or two, noticed when I was already gone. read more

The owner here is very friendly and always know every answer to all my questions. I have tried so many of his suggestions I've lost count. The smoothie is always great. I have tried the wheat grass now that was interesting. The smoothie's are always made a little thick which I prefer because too many locations make them very watery. I know if you don't drink the watery version quickly it just doesn't seem to have a great taste. I know that with a thicker smoothie I don't have to completely stop down everything in my day just to hurry up and drink this before it begins to taste worthless. The store has been remodeled and it is always spotless. The location always has great vitamins and protein powder for sale along with a large variety of bars. I love this location not much more to say then get your head right and get down there you can thank me later! read more

Nice clean store. Jodi was so nice and so very helpful! She took her time to help walk me through some of the drinks offered to help me decide what to order. She made the visit so delightful that that I will definitely return to this location. Such great customer service and tasty smoothies! Also, I learned from Jodi that the styrofoam cups are biodegradable! read more

Location is Clean and Well-Maintained - Good Customer Service - Quick Stop with Pre-Orders on app and in-store

The smoothie was great. The lady who made it was so sweet. I'm guessing she was new because the manager kept telling her the rules but the way he was saying it was so rude. I felt so bad for her. Instead of helping her and getting the orders out fast he was basically micromanaging her. I will not come back here! read more

Horrible customer service. The owner of this location will not accept any coupons through the app...it's a national company. What a horrible business decision. And the workers are rude read more

Note to management: inform your employees that when the sign says you're open, you're OPEN and to treat your employees who come in as such. My husband went in this evening to get us both smoothies. He has been sick all day and a smoothie was exactly what he needed. But this is a quote of what he texted me while in line "Lady was just not having it, asked me if I was going to be ordering a smoothie as soon as I walked in and I said yes and she rolled her eyes and sighed as she walked over to the blenders and with her back turned says, what do you want. Lol I'm like ok, you are open for 15 more minuets" I know what it's like to be tired and ready to go home after a long day. But this is unacceptable. To be treated with such disrespect. Then I called management and the manager said that they were busy and he was the only one working the register and that he would call me back. I understood and waited for the promised call. When I called back he said that he told me he would call after 3 (which was not stated in the previous call) and immediately started to accuse my husband of being a terrible guest. He accused him of being on his phone and "walking out of the store" when the associates were trying to take his order. He never gave me a chance to explain my side of the story and defended the woman who was rude to him. I challenge him to look at the security footage to see who's story is actually true. Even IF my husband was on the phone, no one should have talked to him the way they did and rolled their eyes at him. read more

Ouch! They really dropped the ball! Called ahead and waited 25' after arrival. When I asked them if they had my order ready, they said they never got it. The guy who took my order was standing right in front of me. Why lie? Wasted precious lunch time on empty promises for excellent customer service. read more

Very disappointed today to find out this particular location will no longer work with my dietary restrictions according to their management; they are unable to substitute more than one item for free. I could understand if I was trying to just make my own smoothie; but I don't feel that I should be penalized for a medically restricted diet. I travel back and forth between Texas Louisiana Mississippi Alabama Georgia and South Carolina and I've never had a Smoothie King deny or be resistant to accommodating me. I did not care for the lady's disposition as well. I call in an order because I'm short on time but she treated me like I've never been to a Smoothie King before, informing me that they did not have spinach or other items. She asked what I wanted and I was grateful for that. However she was not solution-focused in helping me come up with something that would fit my dietary restrictions that wouldn't overcharged me. Peace and prayers. read more

I come to this location at least 1-3 times a week, typically in the late mornings for a meal replacement smoothie. The staff (Tony and Azarith) know my name and order at this point! They're very friendly and obviously good at what they do. Never had a disappointing smoothie, great service! read more

The wait time here is excruciating. The young lady that is here needs help. 12 minute wait time for smoothie is not good.

This place has horrible customer service. I travel a lot between Texas and California and usually can't wait to get my hands on smoothie from this place. Let me preface by saying that I usually go to the smoothie king on Lower Greenville and get my fix but was in North Dallas and popped in to get a smoothie. Not sure what was up with the owner but he was more interested in telling some poor guy off who parked in the wrong spot then helping me with my smoothie. I was in the mood for something different and inquired about the Fit n' crunchy bowls when this guy was like, " Can you just order something already." I was like, " Dude relax" I wanted to try something new, how criminal is that. After a few more words I was done. He actually told me to "Eff" myself. I thought the customer was important in business, guess not at this location. Life is too short to have to put up with rude/mean people. I guess I need to stick with the Greenville location for "Usually" delicious smoothie. Don't waste your time at this place unless you like to feel bad or less than ordinary when you are enjoying your treat. FAIL read more

Smoothie king is a life saver when you are on the go. If I run errands and want to stay healthy I always come here because their smoothies can easily be a meal replacement. All of the employees are very helpful with making suggestions. My favorite has to be the gladiator smoothie and I get it with chocolate protein, peanut butter and banana which usually comes out to over 40 grams of protein. read more

Love their Immune builder. It is strawberry and banana and with as much food that I consume of questionable nutritional value, I feel like the Immune Builder helps me even it out. The guy who helped me was also nice a quick. Parking was a little annoying because the shopping center was slammed that day but it turned out fine and I got a spot. read more

I walked into this Smoothie King clueless about what to get for my ailing husband (he was one of the lucky ones to get the flu). Because he had consumed very little over the past few days, I thought a smoothie would provide some nutrients he was missing. The employees at this location were super friendly and one was very knowledgeable. I think the other guy, while jovial, had not been working here very long as her referred all of my questions to the other employee. Anyway, they recommended a smoothie for my husband and he drank the whole thing and was very satisfied. I, too, left with smoothie in hand and was very pleased. This location does need a little sprucing up...the menu looks like it is from 1985 and the setup is pretty uninviting with temporary shelving and products scattered about. However, for smoothies, they are right on track. read more

Horrible telephone etiquette which was pretty shocking. The staff is normally pleasant and approachable which is why I supported this location for many years! read more

Very disappointed in this location. I go 2-3 times a week and do curbside pickup, but this time I was forced to go in because the worker was on her cellphone NOT answering for curbside pickups, mind you I was the only person there! When I finally jumped out my car to go in she yelled at me about a mask! I'm like this is WHY I did curbside, but you are too busy on your cellphone to notice I would not have had to get out of my car if you would have been doing your job! Mind you she never ended her personal phone call. The customer service was terrible! You can noticed I came in without a mask but you did not notice me needing curbside/ calling because you were on a personal phone call? People are going through enough! A little politeness can go a long way and yelling at me because I forgot a mask when you was really supposed to be bringing it out is not the way to go!!! Do better read more

I'm a fan of Smoothie King! When my office was in Oak Lawn I could walk to that location. Now I'm in Oak Cliff :( so I never see one around. So Saturday after a long day in the park with the kid, he says "Dad I want a smoothie!" So I popped on Yelp for a Jamba Juice, but couldn't find it even with Google Maps. That's when Smoothie King came back to me. Found this place . . . good location. Young kid behind the counter very helpful as I try to keep my kid's calories in check. He had a banana something and I had the cranberry supreme (Yummy!). Plus when you check in on your App you can have a free enhancer. Yes, the service can be slow at time at these places because they usually have only one person working at any given time, but the product is worth it! read more

Absolutely inappropriate behavior from the workers. Not nice or welcoming in the slightest. My bad for forgetting mask but as soon as I walked in I was yelled at to put a mask on. Even after I put my mask on still very rude and unwelcoming. Poorly run and the workers seemed very unhappy to be there. Don't go here. read more

So I go to the forest location to get the smoothies their were 2 ladies and a guy there and one of them was just rude the way she talked to me was with an attitude told her my drinks were not on the stand and she asked my name I told her and then she said ohhhhhh so you are the lady that called on the phone you should of said that. I will never go to the forest location ever again if you don't care about customer service then why are you there. read more
