The people working here provided quick, friendly, and thorough service. Excellent quality smoothie, too.

Everytime I come here the employees are just rude. I just got my order and instead of letting us know that they are out of hazelnut they just put honey, he never asked me if I wanted to substitute it for anything else and just handed it to me without letting us know that they put honey instead. And when I asked he responded sarcastically. The coworkers were also arguing at the time of our pickup which we placed online and when we got there it was barely being made there read more

Service 4 stars! Smoothies are certainly good according to my smoothies received here. I always ask to sub out any added refined sugars of any capacity and they are always happy to do so. I will say yet again, expect a longgggg longggg line on $5 Fridays. However, well worth the wait in my opinion. Please bring back the strawberry explosion! read more

What a bummer. I was craving a healthy green smoothie. No ingredients are listed on their menu, so I took a leap and ordered the lemon ginger spinach off the vegan menu. Ack. It was like sorbet with added sugar x3. Ugh. I took a few sips and gave it to my brother. He did the same and threw it out. A total waste of $7. Once I got to where I was headed, I looked up the ingredients and it's so much juice...but also it was a very pale green color and the one on the website is a vibrant dark green. Mine tasted like frozen lemonade with added sugar and maybe three leaves of spinach added for color. Service was slow and the person working seemed like she would rather be somewhere else. Sankofa just down the road has healthier, tastier smoothies, and it's not a chain. read more

Still bad. This time I ordered ahead and it told me it's take 25 mins to make. It's been 50 mins and I'm still waiting outside in the heat. They told me to email them after my last bad review and didn't even give me a valid email address. Please do not waste your time for these watery smoothies that take way too long to make. How do you only have two people working during peak hours? Smh shame. read more

I'd give 0 if I could. Garbage smoothies. Icey. Watery. A gross waste of calories. These people do not know how to make smoothies. Avoid this location. My husband will drink anything and this is the bottom of his "smoothie." I'm not drinking this crap. read more

We sat in the drive through for about 10 minutes because we saw workers in there and no one answered. So we parked and my boyfriend walked up to the window, he was knocking and saying hello. They didn't answer and he could hear the workers laughing in the back. When they finally came to the window she asked us to go through the drive thru and he said we already did and nobody answered And she says "oh I forgot we have flying roaches" And closed the window. They looked like they were high! This occurred at 8pm on Friday 4/19/24. This is unacceptable and we won't be returning! read more

Hands down, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE ever! When placing an order, 9 out 10 times they are talking to someone else and you're forced to repeat your order. Since it's the only location close to me, I have no other choice but to come here. This location doesn't make its drinks like other locations. There isn't any passion in what they do here. I picked up my order this afternoon and i could smell WEED come out the window. I said, " that smells really good" and you could hear them laugh. Im not hating. I'm sure it's stressful working a fast paced job. Puff puff pass next time. It might calm ppl down from all the inconsistencies. I thought the job market would provide a better job pool to hire a better crew. Putting that on this year's Christmas list lol read more

Whether you order online or go through the drive thru on $5 Friday your wait is ridiculously long. You would think the point of ordering ahead would prevent this but it doesn't. If you can go to a different location I would advise you to. read more

Zero stars on Yelp! The customer service at 11:00 a.m. on 2/20/23 was absolutely horrible. It was like the woman was upset that I ordered something. She just barely stuck my drink out of the window and I had to reach pretty far to get it. I thought I heard her say, "With yo ugly ass!" But I could've just been hearing that. Nonetheless, with how atrocious her attitude was I wouldn't put it past her. I will drive an extra five minutes to the one in Cedar Hill before I ever come back to this one. read more

I'm so surprised at all of the negative reviews for this location. I've never had a bad experience here. My order is always right and the wait times are reasonable. It's a smaller location so only so many workers can be in that building. read more

I'm currently sitting in line as I pay for my smoothie. I pull up to the speaker the lady yells "what can I blend for you." I guess I was waiting for an apology for the long wait, but whatever. Then, she tells me to order when I'm ready. I've been ready, so I order a 32 oz Super Nutty Grain. The entire THREE times I repeat my order, I can hear her talking to her co-workers about other orders. She continued to tell me to order when I'm ready. She says, can you say that again? I'll...take...a...32oz...super...nutty...grain. The employee responds, "I didn't need you to chip it up like that." Customer service is definitely a thing of the past. Also, I'm fuming because I spend way too much money here! The employee name is on the receipt. The other employees that I see only a daily basis get 5 stars from me. This location is always busy, and they remain calm, respectful, and PROFESSIONAL. read more

Worst experience ever my God I order from this location everyday and this is the only horrible experience I had. I placed a order online and I pulled up at the exact time it stayed to pull up 845pm. The young lady came to the window and I stated I was picking up an online order and gave her my name name. She went and checked and came back and said I'm sorry we don't have anything with that name. I proceeded to show her my confirmation email and the debit from my account she stated okay I understand you have a confirmation but we didn't get it , at this point I am mad cause that was RUDE!!!! I asked her can I you make it she stated you don't have to have an attitude with me so I asked again can you make it she told me I don't know what it is and shut the window on me I sat there and waited for an additional 10 mins for someone else to come to the window to assist me this point I'm livid and I will say I could have handled the disrespect better but that was just waaaay over the disrespectful line... the supposedly manager comes to the window and makes the order and makes it completely WRONG and blamed me for making it wrong because she said I was yelling ..... I really need this to be reported and bubbled up because this is beyond disrespect and defiant needs to be addressed for sure read more

I've visited this location twice and I absolutely love it. Both times the attendant was knowledgeable and helpful. And my smoothies were awesome. They clear the drive thru line very quickly and my order is always correct read more

Needs a new older, attentive staff. These youngins are not cutting it. It's a decent location and the only drive thru I would rather drive to but to get crappy product/service? I hate this location. Who ever owns it needs to reconsider who they hire. They have attitudes for no reason. At least if you have an attitude you could make the smoothie right instead of like a damn juice. If I wanted juice I would go to pressed juicery. This is why I rather drive to Waxahachie, mockingbird ln on 75, or Cedar Hill. Better attitudes and better tasting smoothies read more

This is my second time at this location . The first time they didn't know you could pay via the app ) (linking your card) and they kept trying to charge me even though the receipt showed it paid. This visit: its 7:40 am on Saturday morning and I decided to get a smoothie and the place is ghost town. The website and hours on the door say they're open at 7:30. Waited until 7:50 still no one in site!! Oh not to mention their hours on the maps app are incorrect. read more

No customer service. I waited to order my smoothie at the drive through menu and no one asked if they could take my order. When I said "hello?" the person that works there said "yes". Then I paid cash for my smoothie, she asked me if I wanted my change back. (SMH). In addition, the workers clothes were very nasty and mask was under her nose. Horrible service. read more

Ghetto. Do not recommend. Customer service is subpar & virtually nonexistent; online order not ready upon arrival.

I only give this place one star because I have to enter something. The girl at the window was very rude. We ordered 20oz smoothies. As we pulled up we saw there was a deal for $5 32oz smoothies. We immediately tried to get the worker's attention. She looked over and ignored us. Once we got another worker's attention, she came to the window. We asked about the deal and she started rolling her eyes and wouldn't even acknowledge the question. She then told us it would be $6. I asked her, why $6. She got an attitude and turned her back and started pouting. We drove off. Avoid this location. read more

This is the worse location. The Service is extremely slow and usually inaccurate. Customer service is bad and unfriendly.

When I arrived to order for myself and my fiancé yesterday, the employee taking orders was unprofessional in how she spoke to me. She was also very quick in letting me know that they were only making one shake per car. I hadn't been to smoothie king in awhile so I asked if that was something new that all locations were doing. The employee then told me that the reason was because they we're understaffed at the moment. I then informed her that I only wanted 2 shakes, not a lot of shakes. After a pause, the employee then decides to allow me to add a second shake with an attitude. After pulling forward to the window to pay I noticed that the employee had a problem by her body language and facial expressions. I was just hoping that they wouldn't taint our shakes at that point just because we deserved and wanted to shakes on our order. The only reason we went to that location was because the Cedar Hill Location had already closed. This location is horrible! read more

This Smoothie King seriously needs to be closed down. They are rude and disrespectful at this location. Ordered a mango ginger with diet down. They made a strawberry pineapple or something. At the window the attendant repeated my order and it was incorrect so I let her what I ordered , but I would accept the one she made , but she said she would make the one I wanted.
