They have two gender neutral, restrooms. The one I visited was clean and real stocked. The drive-through was busy, so I did need to wait a little bit for the staff to take my order inside once I was ready. The inside had less foot traffic; there was just one small family that appeared to be doing the same as me--stretching legs, taking a bio break. I ordered an iced Horchata shaken espresso. It was made quickly and delicious! They seemed to be churning out the advanced pick-up orders and drive thru orders. The inside has ample seating options and there's a patio visible in the background of my photo that also has some seating.

As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a young woman named Alexis. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. Her friendly and welcoming attitude made the experience even better. Place was clean and ascetically pleasing. My mom chose the Watermelon Cucumber tea, while I went with the "Summer Lovin'" tea, which had a strawberry and coconut flavor. I actually liked my mom's drink better, but mine was still delicious. The price was about $8--comparable to what you'd pay at Starbucks. While still a bit pricey, the portion size made up for it, as we sipped on our drinks all afternoon while running errands and visiting the farmers market. I highly recommend this spot and will definitely be back to try the Peach Refresher, which was one of their top recommendations!

After hitting the assistance button, the young woman came over, looked around confused, scanned the screen and acted like she didn't know what was happening. So I said "I have that item with coupon, it says team member assistance required". I wasant in a hurry, I wasnt annoyed, I just quietly spoke. She turned to me, quite rudely, and said" well have you scanned it?" Now im the confused one. I said , "Well not yet, it says 'requires teams member assistance for discount". She huffed, and in a VERY mean way said: "well that's just common sense". I didn't respond to her unkind remark ( Im a senior citizen, recovering from a long illness, it was hard enough to get out to the store...what if I actually were mentally challenged? is that the way Whole Foods teaches their members to reply to older customers who need assistance?" I dd report this to the manager, but I can assure you nothing will happen. I know they record everything, and I hope they review the video if this. Its not the first time Ive had unpleasant behavior towards me at this store. A couple of months ago i was told at the regular checkout that I had to pack my own groceries, because i brought my own bags...? I was embarrased at holding up the line. The next time, I began packing my groceries and an employee said "Ill do that for you" I told her the story about what had happened the last time I was there, and she said "oh im sorry, that never should have happened" So, whats with the other checkout person? Is it because Im older? Clearly there is a problem with customer relations here and proper actions at checkout. Just be warned: If you are a senior citizen, the employees at Wholefoods Jackson will likely NOT be helpful, but could actually be downright mean.

Make sure to look for the Char restaurant as a reference. The bagel bakery is housed with other shopping, restaurants and businesses. I parked near Whole Foods which is the back part of the shopping center. Ambiance: 3 Stars As you walk in the bakery, the decor is modern with various paintings and artworks. There is plenty of tables, chairs and 3 large booths. At full capacity, the noise level will increase. The display of the bagel section is great however, it is hard to read the menu board due to the narrow ordering area. There are menus available if you can't read the menu display. Service:3 stars You are greeted by the staff and the ordering starts at the deli section. The ordering process is somewhat chaotic. It wasn't busy, but it seems the staff helping at the counter were scrambling more than they should have. They were pleasant and professional but somewhat slow when ordering a few items. Everything is freshly prepared and you are eating in line to pickup your order. This delays the line to move. Food: 3.5 Stars The freshness of the bagels, the various salads (chicken, tuna, or veggies) and condiments were crispy, moist and or succulent. I ordered the Egg, Meat and Cheese on an Everything Bagel 3.5 Stars. The patty sausage, cheese and egg were ok. The bagel was the STAR of the show. Slightly salty to balance the various seeds and onion. It was light, crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy inside. I added a few dashes of Louisiana Hot Sauce to enhance the flavor of the sandwich. Because of the freshness and the taste of the Everything bagel, I ordered the Baker's Dozen to bring home. I will update the review with comments from the family on the various bagels I bought Enjoy!

Blue Bell Strawberrry cheesecake ice cream with a slice of FROZEN cheesecake and Redi-whip. Do you know what its like to TRY to eat frozen cheesecake with a plastic spoon?? Cost and quality aside, the staff were friendly and we were served quickly when we walked in. It only took a few minutes from order for our sundae's to be delivered. The place is relatively small and seats are close together. Easier to make new friends that way! There is also outdoor seating, if you desire to enjoy your ice cream with room to stretch out a bit. It was an interesting experience but the premium cost vs mediocre quality of the ice cream doesn't add up for me.
