So at first they announce the free up size 32oz 2 - 3 weeks ago and when I came last week and asked for a 20oz on Friday they gave me a 20oz and I was like do yall not do the free upsize anymore? The girl said "of you have to ask for the 32oz size and you have to ask for it we won't tell you". Found that very interesting so this Friday I did what she told me last week just to charge me the regular price of a 32oz and when I asked for the receipt she gave it fast and ran away from the window knowing what she did. This place gots a 1D10t problem. read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Boerne, Texas

The nicest young man made me a Yogurt delight with coconut water. I love coconut water. It was the best smoothie I've ever had. Thank you, Reagan for going out of your way above and beyond to make me such a good smoothie. The best service with quality care. Thanks to all the employees at the Boerne Smoothie King. It's always great to visit this location with professional staff and atmosphere. read more

I have never had to wait so long for one smoothie. Been waiting for over 15 minutes in the drive through line. This has happened over the last month. read more

Usually have no issues but TODAY I was stunned to walk in and see how slow the workers were. No gloves, and nothing was ready even though I ordered over the app for it to be ready in 18-25 minutes. I waited over 40 for two açaí bowls only to have the male complain in front of me "who ordered this, this is so hard to make". Idk if he was unaware I was standing right there. Went through the drive thru first and waited 15 minutes there. I finally got out of the car and had to walk in since we were not being assisted. I understand if they are new, been there, but in that case, management should organize skill and experience level better during these shifts. All three employees looked clueless. read more

Smoothie King - My first visit to smoothie King in Boerne, Texas. YUUUMMMM! - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Boerne, Texas

Always great time after time, I usually send one of my granddaughters to get something delicious and healthy.

Ordered a medium smoothie today, arrived, it was a small. The older lady nicely apologized and switched it out, however there was like an 1" 1/2 missing from the cup and they just handed it to me like that. The young girl that made/misunderstood the order was young, a trainee, but just stepped to the side and just stood there frazzled. Didn't apologize or just lightly say sorry I will fix that. She needs to learn customer service skills first prior to dealing with making food. I get it, she's a young girl, but even when I walked in neither one of the young girls greeted me, no happy Good-morning or anything. Then after my new smoothie was made, she quietly said "here you go" and I turned around & grabbed the new cup. And that was it.. The older women yelled from the back "thank you sorry about that have a great day" which was nice. The younger girls, still said nothing which irked me. I get in my car, then realized the lid was a LARGE LID instead of a medium size. Which I'm not sure how you get that wrong. Just lacking common sense and people skills. I was also late to work so there's that. First time here today, I will give it another chance but if it doesn't improve I'll continue going to dunkin next door. read more

I went there to get a açai bowl and it wasn't even filled! It didn't even make it to the top! I am very upset that this happened i feel like i have had good experiences but this time it was terrible! read more

6/24/22. Have worked their way back to 5 stars. Same high quality and fast service as always but definitely back up to health and safety standards. Definitely one of the quicker locations in town. read more

Smoothie King Boerne has made great improvements in their customer service and smoothie making! I used to frequent this location, but about a year ago, the service and quality had declined. I recently started coming back this summer and the customer service is top notch! Today, my husband and I went in for two smoothies and the customer service was amazing. They were pretty busy with both drive through and in store orders, but all staff, Kaitlyn, Danny, and Grace were hard at work and being so polite and respectful. The taste of our smoothies were so good! One complaint we used to have was the grainy texture and either too bitter or too sweet tasting smoothies. This time, smoothies were made promptly and were delicious! We will definitely be making it a point to come back more often! read more

It would be faster to go to HEB drive home then blend it on your own. Waited in the drive thru for around 20 minutes for 1 smoothie. read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Boerne, Texas

My first time visiting a Smoothie King drive-thru! Yes, you read that correctly. I was worried -- because if you've ever been inside a Smoothie King, it can take a minute to get a drink made. These guys were fast, efficient and friendly. Don't forget to scan your loyalty card in the Smoothie King app too! If you're looking for a great drink, I usually like the Yogurt D-light without the turbinado (drops 100 calories and the drink is sweetened by yogurt anyways) and I usually add in strawberry and pineapple. You'll thank me later! read more

I cannot say enough good things about this location. Always a friendly smile, amazing customer service, and smoothie is always made to perfection. If you've ever had a bad experience at a different store, the Boerne location can surely change your mind. I come several times a week and have grown to love the staff dearly, zero complaints and they will have my business for life. read more

These guys are superstars a must stop in Boerne, great service great quality great value

Finally! My dream has come true! I've been a long time fan of smoothie king and now we have one in Boerne! Expect great friendly service and top quality. Worth every penny in my opinion. Quality and excellent service are lacking in this town and I'm thrilled to have a new "go to." Smoothie king does offer meal replacements so swing thru the drive thru to grab your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beware the sizes are ginormous! A medium (which was my breakfast) took me a few hours to finish. From 9:30-12:00 and I wasn't hungry until 4:00 that afternoon. Fresh strawberry and banana, unprocessed sweetener, Greek yogurt, protein and non stimulant energy were all added to my smoothie. I highly recommend and will frequent this place! Have questions or special requirements? Be sure to ask the person taking your order and they are extremely informed on the menu and the best options for your needs. read more

I love Smoothie King but this location is hit or miss with its speed of service. I often stop by in the morning on the way to work. This morning there was only one guy serving customers. I was the only person inside but he had several cars stacked up in the DT. When I asked if he was by himself, he said there was a girl in the back but she was avoiding coming up front to help. He did a great job of taking care of customers but disappointing that the girl didn't even try to help him. I would think that mornings before 9 are busy and she would make serving her customers a priority. Kudos to the young man with the shoulder length brown hair. read more

Great smoothies and lots of choices. Plus they gave my pup a treat in the drive through!

I am extremely happy that I found this smoothie king in Boerne! They even have a drive-through! Often these places can be intimidating... But the staff was very helpful to every single customer that walked in or that was ordering through the window. I will be returning here... Far better than the other five choices we have in this town for fast food... If I didn't bring my lunch for work I will be coming here. read more
