Usually have no issues but TODAY I was stunned to walk in and see how slow the workers were. No gloves, and nothing was ready even though I ordered over the app for it to be ready in 18-25 minutes. I waited over 40 for two açaí bowls only to have the male complain in front of me "who ordered this, this is so hard to make". Idk if he was unaware I was standing right there. Went through the drive thru first and waited 15 minutes there. I finally got out of the car and had to walk in since we were not being assisted. I understand if they are new, been there, but in that case, management should organize skill and experience level better during these shifts. All three employees looked clueless. read more

Ordered a medium smoothie today, arrived, it was a small. The older lady nicely apologized and switched it out, however there was like an 1" 1/2 missing from the cup and they just handed it to me like that. The young girl that made/misunderstood the order was young, a trainee, but just stepped to the side and just stood there frazzled. Didn't apologize or just lightly say sorry I will fix that. She needs to learn customer service skills first prior to dealing with making food. I get it, she's a young girl, but even when I walked in neither one of the young girls greeted me, no happy Good-morning or anything. Then after my new smoothie was made, she quietly said "here you go" and I turned around & grabbed the new cup. And that was it.. The older women yelled from the back "thank you sorry about that have a great day" which was nice. The younger girls, still said nothing which irked me. I get in my car, then realized the lid was a LARGE LID instead of a medium size. Which I'm not sure how you get that wrong. Just lacking common sense and people skills. I was also late to work so there's that. First time here today, I will give it another chance but if it doesn't improve I'll continue going to dunkin next door. read more

Smoothie King Boerne has made great improvements in their customer service and smoothie making! I used to frequent this location, but about a year ago, the service and quality had declined. I recently started coming back this summer and the customer service is top notch! Today, my husband and I went in for two smoothies and the customer service was amazing. They were pretty busy with both drive through and in store orders, but all staff, Kaitlyn, Danny, and Grace were hard at work and being so polite and respectful. The taste of our smoothies were so good! One complaint we used to have was the grainy texture and either too bitter or too sweet tasting smoothies. This time, smoothies were made promptly and were delicious! We will definitely be making it a point to come back more often! read more

These guys were fast, efficient and friendly. Don't forget to scan your loyalty card in the Smoothie King app too! If you're looking for a great drink, I usually like the Yogurt D-light without the turbinado (drops 100 calories and the drink is sweetened by yogurt anyways) and I usually add in strawberry and pineapple. Finally! My dream has come true! I've been a long time fan of smoothie king and now we have one in Boerne! Expect great friendly service and top quality. Worth every penny in my opinion. Quality and excellent service are lacking in this town and I'm thrilled to have a new "go to." Smoothie king does offer meal replacements so swing thru the drive thru to grab your breakfast, lunch or dinner. Beware the sizes are ginormous! A medium (which was my breakfast) took me a few hours to finish. From 9:30-12:00 and I wasn't hungry until 4:00 that afternoon. Fresh strawberry and banana, unprocessed sweetener, Greek yogurt, protein and non stimulant energy were all added to my smoothie. I highly recommend and will frequent this place! I love Smoothie King but this location is hit or miss with its speed of service. I often stop by in the morning on the way to work. This morning there was only one guy serving customers. I was the only person inside but he had several cars stacked up in the DT. When I asked if he was by himself, he said there was a girl in the back but she was avoiding coming up front to help. He did a great job of taking care of customers but disappointing that the girl didn't even try to help him. I would think that mornings before 9 are busy and she would make serving her customers a priority. Kudos to the young man with the shoulder length brown hair. read more
