One thing I don't like is that in order to get the $10 off deal with the Fivestar app, you have to spend $500 and it has to be in increments of $25 (won't work if you spend $24 today and come back and spend $1 the next day, it has to be at the time of sale that it amounts to $25). Each time you spend $25 you only earn 1 point... I spent a little over $25 so it would be nice to have the remaining roll over towards a future purchase but that's not how they do it. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an encounter with a cashier who was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. During my checkout, the cashier whom is named Jacky, displayed a dismissive attitude and was unhelpful when I had questions about my purchase. Instead of providing assistance, her responses was curt and lacked any semblance of courtesy. This behavior left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable during what should have been a straightforward transaction. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had this type of experience with this her, it has happened on multiple occasions so I cannot shrug this off as a thought of "she must be having a bad day." Her mood and behavior becomes worse when I want to make a larger purchase to receive my credited points for the transaction. These Cost Plus stores have bars / snacks that I have never seen at your usual supplement stores which is nice. They also have different products between the stores which can be kind of fun! This location of Cost Plus Nutrition has very friendly staff that is happy to help you find the product for your needs. The store manager is also very knowledgeable and fun to talk to to learn about new/ up&coming products. They have a great selection of products and carry a good range of local specialty products to your usual bars like the Quest/ One Brands. My favorite thing about this store though is your ability to find a new/ tasty protein snack here- they're always finding things that are new to the market and that taste great before they're mainstream. Only issues with this store and other locations of it is that the company is smaller so they don't have a ton of inventory and are often sold out of the product you go in looking for and they have to order it. Also, they are sometimes a bit higher in price than other stores because they're small but they're always happy to understand where they can do better (I've never left dissatisfied). Overall, this is a good store with fun products and nice staff- visit them!
