CONS -There's five to seven brands of disposables and maximum 4-5 of each brand, that's on a good stock day. I've been in when there was less than 8 total in the store, a few low end and some of most expensive. The Pros - I gave 3 stars because the staff are always very friendly and are knowledgeable on all products. And I appreciate that Even though stock is limited the brands each are in several flavors, so it's not just one flavor of "Elf Bar" or one flavor "Escobar" etc. It's a convenient location, easy to see and find. The store is always immaculately clean and Odor free. I used to shop here often but never again. I received an empty product before heading out of town but found that the product was empty after arriving in another city. I was told I could only exchange within 24 hours at the store in town. They were unwilling to compromise and give me a refund or even exchange for a similar product in the city I was visiting. They clearly don't care about their customers. I lost $75 on a product that was empty and could not use!
